Dr Linares-Mera is amazing and very thorough
I was attempting to pull in the parking area of the Drs office.. someone had blocked the narrow entrance, when there were clearly open spots to pull in …. Upon going around the car to get to my drs appointment.. the woman gave me a blank stare .. I kept driving past her to my drs office… well as I am walking into the office this same woman is now behind me .. yelling at me ! She stated “ I am the owner of this parking lot and I will block cars whenever I want …. She ends up being the office manager Ruthie … she proceeds to tell staff of the incident!! For all to hear in the waiting area. This is the person that is supposed to lead by example!!How rude and disrespectful to patients.. I now feel very uncomfortable ever coming here again! I have been a nurse in the health field for over 20 years … no matter how bad our day gets … I would never yell at a patient.. this woman should be fired!!

AMAZING DOCTOR AND TOO GENEROUS WITH HIS TIME
FROM THE FRONT OFFICE TO THE BACK THE VISIT AND STAFF WAS AWESOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATED. GREAT DOCTOR OFFICE.

The Dr is extremely nice and easy to work with. The lady at the front desk window is rude and obnoxious. For this reason I will not go back. I have had to deal with her twice now with the same experience both times.

Long appt waits. You will easily spend an hour waiting in the room. My last visit I was checking out and one of the front desk ladies is all frustrated and asked the other to "See what that guys wants. He's just staring at me..." then she gets a phone call and mutters, "these freak'n people." Super unprofessional.

Very conscientious and caring doctor. I have Central and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. He reviews the data my Bi-PAP provides carefully, and informs me on all aspects of my treatment progress. He is open to my suggestions on trying different interfaces and notifies my DME that I need a new mask before I leave his office. He solved my middle of the night terrible headaches by adding Oxygen to my treatment. I sleep much better now, and don't die when I stop breathing.

On 11/16... call Dr. Linares office. The asistance Ruthi told me that Dr. is in the Network with my Insurance BlueCrosBlueShield. Waiting time is over 1h and 30mins before u see the doctor. 1st and 2nd visit payed my copay.. 3rd visit the assistant Ruth told me that I owe the clinic $ 310.00. CALLED my insurance and there was a deductable charge to me because the Dr.Linares IS NOT IN THE NETWORK with my Insurance. I Summited a claim and I found that the asistant never called. Want my money back
