OFFICE STAFF
Once you are in to see the Dr., he is great. HOWEVER, I was prescribed Cpap, Cpap company sent me texts for OVER A MONTH that they need additional information from Dr. Khan. I KEPT CALLING DR. KHAN'S OFFICE and either the phone just rings, they answer and immediately put the call on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Hang up, call back, on hold... Either the Doctor is not adding staff, the staff is UNDERTRAINED or they are bringing on more $patients$ and not spending enough $$$$$ on SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE DAM PHONES!! I did speak to Nicole, who said SHE didn't get contacted by the CPAP Company, but would reach out to their representative... Almost two months later and I STILL DON'T HAVE A CPAP MACHINE! Oh well.... This is either the fault of the Medical Office Manager or the Doctors (who should be in with patients and having their office run smoothly)...

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Khan?
Possibly lacking in insight.
Mr Khan during the course of the appointment asked me about two syndromes which he did not know the definition of and when I try to define them first time he walked away the second time he started talking while I was explaining. Then he thought it was appropriate seemingly to pick up his cell phone and text with a woman who appeared on the screen. I left healing unserved by possibly an incompetent doctor who is supposed to have 30 plus years experience in the field. It was frightening and sickening.
