I love the personalized medical attention I receive. My physical is the most comprehensive physical I have ever had and I have never had a doctor spend that much time with me. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very glad I made this decision.

Dr. Stovall was at least 45 minutes late for every appointment. He did not review the detailed records I gave him before. He was frustrated I couldn't recall all answers were all in the paperwork I gave him earlier. He was abrupt. He said he couldn't treat me without consulting a specialist even tho I have been fully diagnosed. I went to see him for sinus infection. He seemed unsure how to treat me. He admonished for not see specialist yet.

Won't respond to questions about improper billing. Would rather charge patient 100% of cost rather than submit with insurance. Solicits office visits for revenue rather than to provide medical advice or treatment of any value. Money before patients. When finally had enough and transfer to another doctor he has refused to transfer records to the new doctor.
