used incorrect code after examining

In my appointment with Dr. Nur I spoke with her regarding an accommodation letter needed for school. In my appointment Dr. Nurr never reviewed my paperwork to gain any clarification. Instead she rushed me and insisted that I can send my paperwork through the app. Once I sent my various forms Dr. Nurr sends me a copy and pasted letter from my previous provider. Therefore copyright is what she did and she didn’t take anytime to read the various documents that I sent her. Once I informed her the letter was not acceptable she sends a message that was very confusing and stated my accommodation was “complicated” which is a very offensive way to describe someone’s disability. I spoke to the office manager I believe her last name is Sinclair in which she tells me I would have to see Dr. Nurr twice for her to write a letter. If that was the case Dr. Nurr should’ve spoken to me about that when I initially saw her she wasted my time and rushed me in the appointment the office manager stating that
