We love Dr. Ray and Donna Butterfield. We have been with them for 13 years now and have three kids. My kids always feel respected and never dread seeing them. I trust their judgement and am so happy we found them!

My kids love Dr. Ray and Donna they are incredible with children, very knowledgable and down to earth. My twins look forward to their visits at the office and my youngest is treated gently and respectfully. I feel fortunate that I was assigned him as a doctor after having bad experiences with a local doctor I was assigned to after my twins were born. Dr. Entwistle sets the bar for professionalism and bedside manner with children! Keep up the good work.

Dr. Entwistle is condescending and rude to the parents. Arrogant is the perfect word to describe him. I’d find another pediatrician if you’re looking for one.

My son was in pain after surgery and Dr. Entwistle prescribed pain medication then when I arrived to pick up the script they told me they would no longer give it to me because of some way they allege I spoke to the receptionist. Very rude people.

Have always had an easy time getting in to see this office when I had concerns about my children. Have used this office for years and appreciate the loving care that has been provided to my family.

I really like the doctors and the staff that work there. I am giving 3 stars because the office needs some cleanup. It has carpeting which is very dirty and holds dust and germs. There are finger prints all over the glass, spiderwebs... It just doesn't look clean. If you were to ask me to rate the doctor's, 4-5 stars, I absolutely love Dr. Entwistle, its very hard to get past the office cleanliness. I hope the doctors look into some minor renovations and maybe some technology upgrades.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Argued with me in front of my child because I dared voice my opinion on how impossible they made it for my son to been despite being very sick Speaks down to you & your child. No bed side manners! Good luck getting an appt. for a sick visit they do everything they can to make sure you don't come in so they will tell you over and over to stay home and treat at home waiting almost 3 weeks when my child was sick for them to finally agree that he needed to be seen.

Arrogant, we left the practice after having a few issues, nothing major. He actually sent me a hand written note after we left trying to justify his attitude. Really professional.

Unprofessional in so many ways. Speaks down to you and your child. Has no bed side manners even with his young patients. Then speaks to the parent as though you know nothing and he has to explains things to you like a 1st grader. And good luck getting an appt. for a sick visit they do everything they can to make sure you don't come in so they will tell you over and over to stay home and treat at home waiting almost 3 weeks when my child was sick for them to finally agree that he needed to be
