good doctor, bad practice
My children have been patients of Dr Eden's for eleven years. Dr. Eden is very nice, but the office has really gone downhill. They have taken on way too many patients. You can't get a sick visit even if you call first thing in the morning, and well visits are booked six months out. Multiple times now they have just told me to go to urgent care. His staff is disorganized and sometimes rude. I'm switching practices.

Dr. Eden Is the most compassionate, intelligent, and patient doctor that I know. He takes the time to explain things. He answers any questions that you may have. Both my boys love Dr. Eden.Whenever my boys were sick, My husband’s favorite words were, “whatever Dr. Eden says we do”. My son will be turning 18 and going off to college. We will miss Dr. Eden unless he takes adults now.lol

Dr. Eden is incredible. He is very warm and caring. Listens to what my husband and I have to say fully before giving advice. He’s not a “I’m the doctor and I know best kind of guy”. He is super reassuring and just an overall lovely man. I will never forget how affectionate he was with my daughter when she was a newborn. It made me feel like a family member was examining my baby. When went for our first few visits he always asked me how I was doing personally. He is not your typical doctor. He is extraordinarily.

Visited the baby every day in the hospital. Always there when you need him. Doesn't rush the appointments. Gives great advice, not text book advice. He will call you back right away even if after hours.

Dr. Eden saw my 20 year old daughter from infancy until she was 15 years old. (My son saw another doctor in the practice). She reluctantly switched to one of the female doctors in the practice because she thought she would feel more comfortable with a female doctor. Dr. Eden was always warm and nurturing with her and informative and reassuring with me.
