Dr. Pachigolla was very nice when he did my first
When I went to him a second time, I was diagnosed with a paralyzed vocal cord, and he ordered CT scans without contrast. His nurse kept sending the order repeatedly for with contrast. The radiology department will not do one is contrast unless it has both with and without contrast. I spoke with the nurse repeatedly and she just kept faxing over the hidden correct order. This went on for two months. Finally the Woman who answers the phone in his office was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me I had to speak to her. She said she was the manager. I explain what was going on even though she knew about it, and I told her that this was going to call Dr. Pachigolla to lose a patient and she said too bad. Find another doctor and I did..

Joann
Beware. This practice informed me that I would need 4 bottles of serum to continue allergy shots. I have been taking allergy shots for many years and have never needed more than one bottle of serum (which means one shot each time). I believe it is putting unnecessary cash in their pocket. Each bottle of serum costs around $400. My serum cost per year would increase by $1200. They would not even discuss my treatment plan with me, would not return phone calls, and actually turned me away from one of my shots, saying they could not find my paperwork.

Beware! Make sure office specifies if your insurance is "In Network" or "Out of Network" not "Not Covered". I had to pay a huge bill that was "Out of Network" and I was told "Not Covered". I thought I was paying the difference between my insurance and my deductible. My doctor referred me to this office. Why would I go to a dr that is out of network when I could go to one that was in network? Why didn't they specify "Out of Network" vs "not covered". I gave the office my insurance card so why didn't they tell me they were "Out of Network". When I called the office to inquire about this, they weren't very helpful.

Best ENT we ever had !!
Love Dr Patch, he did tubes on my daughters ears several times from 2017 to 2020. He is very nice, knowledgeable, professional and he listens and made sure we understood directions and what procedures would be done! We are fixing to go back to see him.

I’ve gone to Dr. Pachigola for sudden hearing loss. Guys he is the nicest, most compassionate doctor I’ve ever been to. I have health problems so I’ve seen a lot of doctors. He’s never running late and one time I was 15 minutes early and they took me straight back. The staff are also really nice. I love his nurse also but didn’t catch her name. If you need an ENT you won’t find a better one.

Front desk were very rude. After waiting close to 30 minutes past our appointment time, no one offered a reason for the wait nor apologized. My husband is 68 but still works full time and the reason we took the 12 o’clock appointment was so he would be back to work on time, that did not happen. However our experience with the doctor was very favorable. The doctor came right in had read my husband’s chart asked questions, examined him throughly and explained in detail his findings. Offered several options to address the problem and initiated the first option right then and there. My husband highly respects a doctor that is straightforward!

Went in for fluid in the ear for 4 months, he said he could drain it and it wouldn't hurt. it hurt so bad but I was hopeful. that night I had the chills and body aches I called and left a message and was called back and was told I will call you right back after speaking to dr never got a call back until the next day in which they closed early. left another message. body aches, dizzy, nausea ear pain for 5 days. called the emergency line a hour later I went to a urgent care by that time the dr did call me back and said you need meds I told him where to send it I still saw the dr at the urgent care, got a shot for pain and nausea, went to pick up meds and they never got it so I called the ent dr back he said oops I called it to the wrong pharmacy. waited...nothing they started to close so called again, he then said he would call. I will NEVER see this dr again. he didnt tell me I wouldn't hear after, the pain he said lasts for a few minutes. never in my life have I experienced

AVOID! The office staff is clueless. I contacted the office seven times over the course of a month and went in person once in an attempt to obtain a copy of a hearing exam report. I was told that it would be emailed. Then after 4-5 times of being told that it would be emailed, I was told that it was illegal to email it and that I needed to log into the "patient portal". Upon creating a login to the patient portal and signing in, guess what? STILL NO REPORT!

Level of trust in provider's decisions- he wont try to listen you to make decision How well provider explains medical condition(s)- believe me he didn't explain me about my prescription till my pharmacy explained to me. How well provider listens and answers questions- he spent totally 6 minutes with me to listen, decide and prescribe, Spends appropriate amount of time with patients- :)) he has 3 different patient waiting room and visit them like every 5 minutes

Sent me for a CT and wanted a biopsy the following week, never could get the second appointment scheduled or phone calls returned. He's in surgery on Tuesdays and Thursday's and closes at noon on Fridays. I'm looking for a new doctor.
