Dr. Ravi Chennapragada, MD

Office staff disorganised. Very hard to get any records for kids to submit to school. Have had his services for last 10 years. He suddenly closed out his practice in Bridgewater and relocated 30miles north. Doesn't cooperate with or share the records. Had to drive twice for 45min each way only to hear that they will only fax and not share them in person or email even after verifying the parent identity. Even arranged Fax and still waiting for the immunization and physicals docs 3 months after schools started. Would not recommend anyone to go through this hassle.

Dr. Ravi Chennapragada has helped me figure out that my child has high cholesterol genetically. He is an amazing doctor. He figures out any issues with my daughter the moment he sees her. He is very knowledgeable.

Our 3 kids has been visiting Dr Chennapragada for years. He always not only explains clearly to the parents but makes each of our kids questions are also addressed. He takes time to explain and to ensure our children grows into healthy teens.

Awesome doctor! We have been taking both of our kids to Doctor Chennapragada for years now, and I can honestly say that he has been so amazing for our family. He always explains everything very clearly and offers extremely useful and practical advice. He provides top tier medical care, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great pediatrician for their kids.

So agree with the previous post Awefully bad.. nobody answers the phone. Does not care to call back. Very money minded and gives no time to his patient. Had the worst exp with him ever. Would not recommend him for anyone.

Awefully bad.. nobody answers the phone. Does not care to call back. Once my son got hives. That was just once he got an allergy, he made us buy EpiPen.it costed a lot and we didn't get to use it at all. And we had another awefull experience. Another time my son had some lympnodes . He checked it. Did not even order for blood work he prescribed an antibiotic . After taking the 2nd dose my son's lips swallowen. We were scared. Omg! Am sick n tired of writing about the doctor. Just want to tell others our experience.

Not a pleasant experience. Have to agree with the other reviews that the doctor overbooks and makes you wait almost 2 hours and doesn't finish with your kid but goes off to another room and not sure when he will return! Office nurse appeared to be a high schooler. My only advice to the office, please respect your patients' time as well. No one can wait for 2 hours to see a doctor, this is a business and we are paying co-pays as we would at any other doctor's office, so no charity here.

As a first time mom I was looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and patient pediatrician. I almost never speak to anyone at the office to try and make or reschedule an appointment. They do not provide reminder calls. Every time we go in its a nurse in training checking my daughter with no supervision and Dr. Chennapragada never checked to make sure all the results were accurate. He only spent 5 minutes with us and we would wait over an hour to see him. Not happy with our experiences.

We have been using him for years! He is a wonderful and caring doctor. I tell everyone to use him, he is always available when we need him. And the kids love him!

Dr. Ravi Chennapraga is very knowledgable pediatric doctor. All the time , he pays attention to my son's (2 1/2 year old) visit and listens and replies to all our questions nicely. Also , he is available for advice or help when needed specially in off hours.

Highly unprofessional as a pediatrician, no proper work ethics and terrible time management. Overbooks the appointments, made us wait for 1 hour 45 minutes and eventually we left without seeing him. He did not even care to check why we are leaving. Unbelievable that he makes infants wait for that long.

Horrible Experience..I'm a new patient with an 8 month old infant and they made us wait with an infant for one and half hour and when we requested on how much long will be the wait no proper response and after getting exhausted waiting for so long with a baby decided to leave without seeing the doctor .

Highly unproffessional. HE takes multiple patients at a time. We are rushed into asking our questions and no attentions is given our son who is lying without clothes and waiting for doctor's attention.
