Jeffrey Merkle, M.D

Dr. Merkle himself seems like a very caring and thorough doctor. We also like Sarah Williston as a diagnostician in the practice. The PA's have given subpar advice. However, some big complaints about the practice. They would not let my sick child into the building for a visit when I am worried about pneumonia; they told me they would do a virtual appointment from the parking lot, after dark, in January; and if I wanted someone to come out and listen to his lungs, they would do so. I also spent 30 minutes calling the office to try and secure a sick visit for this child; I kept getting voicemail, at 9:30 in the morning. As a practice they are really disappointing and frustrating to work with. There is one really good receptionist, and 1-2 solid providers. I keep questioning whether it's worth it to stay with them.
