Best bedside manner of any doctor!
Well he ranks up there with Maurice Smith. He treats my mom with the utmost respect and knows she has a hard time hearing and understanding. He takes the time with her to make her comfortable. Bonnie Sauls works with him and is a gem herself!

A great experience!
As a retired practitioner, I expected the best in a medical practice, although I didn’t think I would get it.I was completely wrong! In every way possible, I received the best & most professional experience in every way possible & from every person possible. If you have a need for a first class, knowledgable, professional, compassionate, comfortable, communicative, respectful, and complete medical practice, this is the one!

Dr Cardenas
Great experience, if you need back surgery I hope you don’t but if you do, I could not recommend anybody anymore than I do Dr Cardenas. Great Doctor great experience, great facility, very professional services and personnel.

Procedure explained in laymen's term.
Dr. Cardenas thoroughly explained what was happening with my neck. He showed me the MRI and explained to me in laymen's term what was going on and how it should look. He laid out the possibilities or what could happen if I did not go forward with the surgery sooner than later. When I considered the possibilities of being paralyze if some unfortunate event where to happen, having the surgery was the right way to go. I was confident it his prognosis.

Best medical experience of my life
From the skill and bedside manor of Dr Cardenas; to the professionalism of his entire staff - I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. His surgery and treatment have literally changed my life for the better. I cannot say enough good about Semmes Murphey and Dr Cardenas in particular.
