Life changing!
Anyone that’s dealt with chronic pain knows it not only limits what you can do but weighs on your mind and psyche. Dr Nickele and his staff were awesome every step of the way from diagnosis to surgery and I feel better (physically and mentally) than I have in more than 2 years! Thank you for fixing me and giving me my life back!

Neck Surgery
This man literally help me get out of the bed I had C5 C6C7 was bulging and a pinch nerve and a bone spur I was in a lot of pain I can’t thank him and the staff enough.Dont walk to this office and man run thanks a lot

Dr Nickele & Staff
Dr Nickele takes the time to listen to his patients putting them at ease He explained everything in detail for my upcoming surgery and what to expect during recovery and when I went home. He & his staff truly cares about the patient and their outcomes. I will definitely use him again should I need a neurosurgeon. I am now pain free!

I couldn’t have asked for a better neurosurgeon for my herniated disc surgery. Dr. Nickele was wonderful. He has great bedside manner and explained everything very clearly about my procedure. All of my questions were answered. I received excellent care from him, and his nurse, Hannah, is amazing, too. They truly care about their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Nickele.

Excellent doctor!
Dr Nickele has been incredibly patient, kind, informative and has excellent bedside manner. Left another doctor to see Nickele and it was he best decision I’ve made since injury. He completely surgery in a matter of weeks and all pre/post Op was scheduled before I even walked out. You can’t beat that!

Back surgery
Dr. Nickele explains everything in regards to the surgery very well. He answered all my questions and has an excellent bedside manor. Everyone at Semmes Murphey has been very nice and friendly and has treated me so well. When I call, the nurse calls me right back and makes me feel cared for.

Great bedside manner. Amazing doctor!
He fixed my neck from a very difficult situation after a previous failed surgery. He listened to every concern and adjusted his plan according to my needs. Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I am so excited to be pain free! I came in not being able to walk ,sit or sleep without a lot of pain. The test were performed quickly and I was ample to get appointments quickly. Dr. Nickele was amazing ! He was able to explain my options and help me decide treatment. He performed surgery and immediately the major pain was gone. It’s four weeks after surgery and I can walk about 3 miles a day with no pain. The entire staff was so nice and responsive to anything I needed.
