Depends on your condition...
Firstly, I experienced a long wait time in the office despite being early to my appointment. I wasn't seen until roughly 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Dr. Singh is nice enough but he didn't evaluate me for the issue indicated on my referral. He didn't mention it at all or discuss diagnostic criteria with me, he just dismissed it entirely, despite another physician suspecting I have the condition. He also referred me somewhere that rejected me because there's no basis for their clinic to handle the condition, it should be handled by a rheumatologist. It seems no one wants to help me figure out what's going on and I keep getting passed around only to be told to go to the same types of doctors I'm already seeing. I think if you have an established or obvious autoimmune disorder or joint issue, Dr. Singh would be fine to treat it. He just doesn't seem to care about much else. His PA is great, though. I wish he was a physician.

Dr. Singh and staff are the BEST!
Dr. Singh and his staff are very caring and extremely comprehensive. No one else in ATL could treat the severe EOA of my hands and I was in excruciating pain until he started me on the right meds. Even my follow-ups have been exceptional. I am so thankful I found him.

Antiquated system, rude staff, no availability for months. They refuse to use any modern tools like booking online, MyChart communications, email. They do not answer their phones often, and if someone's on the other line it doesn't even go to voicemail or hold, it gives a busy signal message. I'm not joking. They PAPER MAIL you physical forms..... The front desk woman doesn't understand anything someone wouldn't understand in 1950 and prattles on her scripted customer service speech, regardless of the question asked. While it's funny to watch, it's also sad and a hassle. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere from this century.

Dr. R Singh
I left another rheumatologist because they did not respond to messages, patient folders scattered everywhere, and last of all I received a RA infusion 2 weeks before major surgery. It was an easy decision to go. I have been with Dr. Singh for at least 12 years. He is very calm, listens well, and offers his advice. No patient folders everywhere in the office! He runs a tight ship which is the way a doctor's office should be. I receive a response within 12 hours on Patient Portal.

In all of my medical life of going to doctors, Dr. Rattendeep Singh is and has been one of favorites. He seems to really care about his patients which you can't say that about too many today. He truly listens to you as a person and not just a patient. I've had medical issues regarding my bones, arthritis and rheumatology, back pain. and have him to always be checking me to make sure nothing else is underlying my symptoms and illness. He will always be my doctor for these issues~

Great doctor but office staff is so bad it is not worth one's time. Phone calls are returned only sporadically. I have found this to be a consistent problem over the last four years. I can't get a return call even to schedule a routine appointment. Regrettably I have had to find a new Rheumatologist.

I found Dr. Singh to be a gracious and kind Rheumatologist. My time with his office, to the greatest extent, was with his office staff. My need for seeing Dr. Singh was for prolia injections twice a year and for him to oversee the results of my bone density scans. Twice a year, I had to telephone his staff and start the process of ordering my prolia injections from my insurance company's Specialty Pharmacy. The coordination with his staff was grueling. Great doctor... incompetent staff.

Dr. Singh is an excellent doctor. He listens, and thinks carefully. Very nice and has a good sense of humor, too. I had a bad experience with another rheumatologist. No comparison between the two. His level of expertise give you confidence in him. Staff is also friendly and when I need to reach something on an urgent matter, they respond quickly.

I have never had such a good experience with any Dr in my life. Dr. Singh is the sweetest and most genuine Doctor I have had the pleasure of visiting. I was impressed that he took the time to listen to everything that was going on and didn't rush me out. I have been dealing with unexplained pain for months and months and most Doctors have treated me like I am crazy. I am so very thankful for finding a person and office who actually cares!
