Front Office Issue
I have no problem with Dr Khan but when I checked in with them today I was told that I had not reached my deductible when I knew I had. This has happened to me before with them and it took awhile to get my money back. Make sure you know whether you have reached your deductible before you go.

NOPE! Go anywhere else!
Dr. Kahn was grumpy, unconcerned and never even made eye contact with me. Caitlin his PA is precious. His office manager is beyond rude, has excuses for why she doesn’t return phone calls and discharged me as a patient after I told her I was “firing” Dr. Kahn as my Rheumatologist and would only see Caitlin. I have spent way too much time and money to still be in excruciating pain. Horrible experience!

This place is all about the $$$
First; the appointment taker was saying she was “finna” call back in a bit. Upon walking in, the secretary demanded $500 to be seen, so we paid. Next, Dr. khan hopped on Google for symptoms because he want sure. He ordered a bunch of useless labs and then they tell you they won’t answer your calls or respond, so come in at 3-week appt. Some serious tests were done and they make you wait until appt so they can again charge $500. Very rude staff. Do not go here, seriously.

A Physician who is not just going thru the motions
Excellent medical care from front office to Dr. Khan. Have seen a handful of rheumatologists for my very rare and potentially serious disease. He takes nothing for granted and wants to know details. I felt a heavy weight was lifted after seeing him and feel confident with his care. Staff is the best around. Truly grateful to be his patient.

Ugh
Horrible experience with this Doctor. The office staff with the exception of the receptionist were not compassionate at all. After spending $1500 I still have diagnosis, and I continue to suffer because no one is taking my symptoms seriously.

I have had RA for over 30 years and have had numerous RA doctors. I recently switched to Dr. Khan and have been very impressed. He is extremely thorough and took the time to understand my complete history with RA. Dr. Khan is very knowledgeable about new medications and treatment options. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Khan and this practice.

I have been going to dr Khan for several years. He is a great dr who knows what he’s talking about. He takes time to talk to you and is always looking for things to help you improve. I hated to see him move from Tifton. I have moved all my records to his new office and I’m going to continue to see him. I will travel over 3 hrs but feel it is worth it.

This practice is the worst operations I have ever dealt with. they forgot to call in my prescription after I called them twice. I called and asked for a copy of my lab results and they said they would mail them waited 2 weeks and did not receive the results.

Dr Khan figured out what my rash and weakness was from when a few dermatologists and my primary doctor couldn't. After getting in the right treatment, I am like a new person ! He tells it like it is. Thanks for everything!!
