No help
While Dr. Houck has a nice bedside manner, he only took an x-ray of my hand and decided that was the reason for wrist pain and No wrist x-ray. Said on my checkout sheet that I didn't need a follow up. Sent me to OT, who was very nice and made a thumb brace that didn't help at all. Went back to OT 3 weeks later and was just told to buy a wrist- thumb brace. Meanwhile, I m still putting up with severe wrist pain.I really believe that the so-called partnership with highmark means give as little care as possible. Now I'm at a loss about how to get rid of my wrist pain.I received care there for another problem by Dr. Aynardi with great success.

No sympathy for patients what so ever does not take time to address concerns. No respect for your time and rushes through the process. Avoid at all costs if you can. He has a horrible reputation and is known for being careless and negligent towards patients.

I would recommend Dr. Hauck to a friend or family member with no hesitation. He takes his time and answers all your questions. Very good at explaining the results of any tests you have done. Also, I was very impressed with the promptness of my appointment. Little, or no wait time. Also, I found him to be a very caring doctor.
