Rude
During his exam my husband and I tried to ask a question of Dr. Taylor about my condition. He told us not to ask questions during the exam, that we should wait until he was finished speaking. When I told him he had been rude in how he had spoken to us he said that actually WE were the rude ones for trying to ask questions while he was speaking. When I complained to the office manager about him, his response was not to apologize for his behavior but rather to say he should have chosen different words. We all have choices in our health care providers and I would definitely recommend that everyone NOT choose Dr Taylor and his enormous ego.

Very informative and took time.
I went to see Dr. Taylor to get a second opinion about sinus surgery. Dr. Taylor took the time to listen to my concerns, health history and treatments I have received so far. After doing a thurough exam on my sinuses, he noted that there were other options we could try before jumping into surgery. Very pleased and I am glad I trusted my instincts to get a second opinion.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Taylor, his MA, Tela and his scheduler, Amanda. They were so welcoming, understanding and patient. We saw Dr. Taylor for the first time back in March where Dr. Taylor did a very thorough exam and asked tons of questions about what my daughter was experiencing, etc. Together we came to the conclusion that the best course of action is to have surgery. Then COVID-19 happened and we had to wait. My daughter is now 10 days out of surgery and she is doing great. The thoroughness of how things were explained and what we could expect is above anything I've experienced with any dr in any specialty. So thank you Dr Taylor for all that you did to our minds at peace. Thank you Tela for being welcoming and kind. Thank you Amanda for never being exasperated by the numerous phone calls to clarify or to ask "just one more quesiton." You all are BEST!

I have had chronic sinus problems most of my life. Dr. Taylor is an excellent surgeon, and has provided wonderful follow up care. I did have a long wait on my last appointment, but was not in a hurry so didn't mind, as he never rushes through my appointments.

The staff is offensive and rude. The billing is dishonest. Post op care is negligent. Dr Taylor is a skilled surgeon but the experience at the office with the people he has hired is awful. Can’t get a hold of them when you need them and if you do get a hold of them they are mean and uncaring. Not worth it. Will never go back.

Working with Dr. Randy Taylor has easily been the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. I've seen him 4-5 times now and had him perform a septum surgery so I've had a few experiences over the last 6 months. Dr. Taylor really does care about his patients and invests time to explain to you as many times as needed what is needed along with the risks. His bedside manner is 2nd to none. I actually enjoy seeing the guy when I go in. Great Dr!

At least I was sent for the right tests. Was referred to him by a PA for vertigo. Had a hearing test. Saw his nurse practitioner, then he saw me for about 5 minutes. Sent me for an MRI and VNG. An assistant called me and told me to see a neurologist. When I asked why, she said the doctor would call me. Never got a call. Saw a neurologist who told me he had no idea why I was sent there. I have never been told a diagnosis beyond "a weak ear". Their health app has initial visit, no test results.

I told my wife after seeing Doctor Taylor that he was literally the best Doctor I had ever been too (I am 48). He was very personal, did not talk down to you, was thorough and did not rush me out. I felt like I mattered and he was truly trying to help. Seriously the best. I am using him for both Sinus, Hearing, and Apnia related issues.

This was an absolutely horrific experience and I highly recommend people not use this facility. If you make an appointment show up an hour late and then maybe they will see you because actually scheduling appointment is a massive waste of time.

Dr. Taylor is an excellent doctor (I had my septum repaired). Beyond his skills, he's a positive, energetic man, concerned for his patients, with an efficient staff. Of my family of four, three of us have had surgeries with him. I completely trust him.
