Messed up my nose smell and taste
Had nose surgery done with Dr.Cutler due to a deviated septum. I told him I was having issues with the left side of my nose and never said anything about the right side. Now whenever the right side of my nose is clogged, which happens more frequently since the surgery, my taste and smell are gone. I told him about the issue and he claimed it was due to allergies which isn’t true. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

Rushes appointments
Only talked to me for less than 5 mins, didn't give me any closure and completely overcharged for barely taking time with me to find the issue. Find a different doctor.

Poor manners
Acted as if he had something better to do rather than spend time and assist my wife with her questions and help her. Would absolutely NOT recommend this Dr. to anyone. It costs him nothing to take a few extra minutes to finish the appointment with making sure the patient is leaving the office with everything they need. How you do one thing is how you do everything.

Billed for Services Not Provided
Dr. Cutler saw me for a total of 5 minutes, and managed to charge $851.00. Somehow my bill ended up listing 'surgery' but nothing was performed. I tried seeing if the office would amend it, but they would not.

Misread my CT scan
Dr C misread my CT scan, said everything was open and fine, patted me on the head and gave me steroids. His plan is to keep the visits short, ignore what is obvious by lack of knowledge or laziness, not sure. Went to another ENT Dr. He immediately debunked the Cutler diagnosis, showed me the actual problem, gave me the correct meds and informed me of another very good proven therapy (not steroids), not even on the radar with Dr. C. Not impressed and will not return to this medical facility. Patient beware!!

Needs to do his job
Had surgery and nothing but problems since. Severe headaches. Had imaging just for him to tell me I'm fine when I'm not. I tried to explain to him everything and it fell on deaf ears. The office staff up front are so rude.

Horrible due to him messing with my left side of nose when I only needed my right side. I had problems after his surgery. I had to have another surgeon fix his errors. Do not trust this surgeon.

I was running late to my appointment, so I called the office. I told the receptionist over the phone that I was running 20 minutes late and specifically asked if I should still come. When I arrived after a 40 minute drive in traffic, the receptionists were extremely rude and said "I don't know who you talked to, but the policy is 15 minutes and it has been 20". They kept denying that I had talked to someone 40 minutes earlier. Finally they said it must have been an operator for their office's phone service and tried to reschedule me. Needless to say I will never be going back to this practice. Being late was my fault in not allowing extra time for traffic, but I received extremely poor customer service and spent almost 2 hours in the car without seeing Dr. Cutler.

Dr. Cutler is not only a skilled surgeon, but has fantastic bedside manner. He is able to connect well not only with his patient, but also the family. He is empathetic and able to relate well what is going on, pros, and cons. He has been an integral part of my father's surgical team and by far the best doctor we have encountered.

I think Dr. Cutler did a real good job. I reduced my ratings of him based on his assistant who took notes. He performed the pre-doctor interview. I had to answer the same questions numerous times. And the notes from the visit state things that are just wrong. For example, they state I'm a current smoker. Wrong. I haven't smoked in almost 20 years. I think his assistant (Cosmo) was asleep.

Thank you Dr Cutler. Suffering with sinus problems for 20 plus. You worked with me for 1 year and then surgery to clean the infection. You gave me back my life. You will get many referrals from me to you. Thank you for taking care of me for one year after surgery to make sure I was OK. I know I have an excellent Dr with you. Thank you for being part of my medical team. Thank for helping some of us who had lost hope. You gave us hope and our life to continue to live in good health. ??

I am so impressed with Dr. Cutler! He treated a hearing problem and impacted wax after two doctors in AZ were unable to help me. The procedure was simple and within several days I was able to hear. Now one month later my hearing is normal again. Thank you, Dr. Cutler!! Susan Phelps

I am 76 years old and avoided sinus surgery as long as I could because I was afraid of it, but it needed to be done and I am very happy that I selected Dr. Cutler. He did an excellent job and I had very few side effects considering everything he took care of. Realizing that everyone and every situation is different, I did not even have to take pain medication after surgery. He is very easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. Excellent surgeon!!!

Dr. Cutler saved my husband's life. He diagnosed him with cancer after other doctors failed to see what was wrong. He's an amazing doctor-- professional, compassionate, and knowledgable. He listens and clearly communicates what is going on. Thank you Doctor!
