Everyone involved in my care there was very nice & helpful. Girls @ check- in we're great as was the girl who did my vitals. Nurse practitioner was absolutely wonderful & made me feel comfortable & at ease.Dr Buss was wonderful, very caring & concerned about my health issues & explained my options very well.

SO FAR HE TOOK AS MUCH TIME AS WE ASKED FOR AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. HIS NURSE PRACTITIONER DOREEN WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS WAS HIS CORRIDINATOR SUZANNE.

The whole staff is in my opinion excellent. The receptionists were warm and friendly, the staff picked up on every concern and advised the nurse practitioner and doctor. Great experience.

Without a doubt, I'm 68 yrs old, this is the best Doctor's office and workers ever. Believe me been to thousands of offices and seeing Doctors. Hope Dr. Buss never retires if he does, hope he is teaching his other doctors his kindness and skills, IF NEED SURGERY HE IS THE MAN I WILL ONLY TRUST TO GET ME THREW.

I was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of right lung visceral pieura and parietal pieura. I am so fortunate to have had Dr. Randall Buss as my physician. He truly is a wonderful surgeon and I am happy to say he returned me back to normal health. His team of physicians provided the assistance to make this surgery a success. The entire staff helped me through a recovery with care. I can't say enough about how gratified I am with Dr. Buss and his team.

If you want someone who's warm and fuzzy, you might want to look elsewhere. If you want a first rate surgeon who's well experienced and highly qualified, he's your guy. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

My mother went in because she had a calcified aorta. The first time he saw her, it was really bad and she needed surgery as soon as possible. The next time she went in, now it wasn't that bad and elective. This woman was having trouble getting across the house without getting out of breath. Should have known then it was going to be bad. The surgery took longer than it was supposed to, and then my mom bled out from the inside. I can't recommend this surgeon. My mom isn't here to not recommend him
