since my first visit, seems like it he was trying to get rid of me. No time for discussions, always avoided eye contact. Finally suggested to try 'my coworkers her', Bedside manners of an elephant in a china store. Good luck if you try him

Dr. Lugo listens to me- when I cry when I’m angry. He addresses it he’s awesome

He is not clear with his diagnosis, he prescribe medication with out being sure of your problem. Impossible to get any help with the office

Noticeable lack of specialty in neurological field of study. Sad but true. Our families go to specialists for their expertise. “Dr” Lugo is not recommended for neurology concerns.

Good luck if you need a test !! No complaints with De Lugo as a doctor. Problem is his office staff. If you call expect to be placed on hold until you hang up in despair. I have called and so has my insurance and the hospital trying to get pre authorization for tests ordered and we are put on hold for 30-45 minutes forcing us to eventually abandon the call. This has been going on since October 6 when he ordered the tests to today March 3 and still no resolution. I have had to cancel and reschedule the tests three times due to their behavior.. Messages sent thru Cleveland Clinic my chart (patient portal) remain unanswered forever.

Dr. Lugo is focused on improving your health. He is attentive, responsive, and talented. I highly recommend him. I would also like to applaud his staff, especially Fran, who is kind and courteous.

Seems very lackadaisical, uncaring and offers no support. It is difficult to find a good neurologist.

My mother was referred to Dr. Lugo at Cleveland Clinic Weston, FL for short memory loss. After the first appointment, it was impossible to try to talk to him directly. All messages were through his assistants, who took days to receive replies. She was finally diagnosed with Alzheimer's (AD), but guess what? Do you think that Dr. Lugo called us or saw us in person to meet and tell us the bad news and how we should do to manage the situation?? Absolutely NOT!! He asked one of his nurses to call and tell us the news. "Hello, this is Nurse X from Dr. Lugo's office. Your mother has AD and Dr. Lugo sent a prescription for donepezil to the Walgreens pharmacy under her account. Start giving her the donezepil as instructed and call in 4-6 weeks." Is that the way to treat patients and their family members???

Dr Lugo is a excellent professional, caring and explains diagnosis very clearly. He saw my mom that recently was diagnosed with PD. Great doctor and human being.
