Reminds me of my family doctor growing up in North Jersey. Caring, extremely knowledgeable, listens, takes his time which to me is important, follows up as promised, visits are always a two way dialog with questions being answered. Great doctor & person and I plan on staying his patient as long as he's in practice. I'd also like to commend his staff, they're professional, friendly and caring as well.

Dr Guarino is not only a great Doctor, he listens to your concerns and he really cares about his patients. As far as him having older patients it's because we have been seeing him for over 20yrs and he keeps us healthy. I also would like to compliment his staff they are very helpful and kind.

Dr. Guarino is a great Doctor who takes his time with you and listens unlike some Doctor's. And as far a the young lady (Jerseygirl) who says he only takes 65 and older, your wrong, he takes all ages and does a good job. Maybe you should try again. Also, his staff is excellent very friendly.

Don't waste your time trying to become a new patient of this doctor. He is now only accepting patients 65 and older. What a racket! I guess there's more money to be made off of old unhealthy people than healthy younger people such as myself.

I found the best doctor ever! I had to find a new primary doctor after my doctor passed. I could not be happier. He has the best personality and he was very very good in listening and answering! The staff was also fantastic. I'm very happy! Overall an A+ all around!

I had my first appointment today with Doctor Guarino and immediately knew I found the perfect Doctor for me. His examination was thorough. He asked me all the right questions and explained everything to my understanding. He also answered all I needed to ask and never made me feel uneasy or rushed. I recommend him highly if you are looking for Doctor Right. I almost feel like I've made a new friend since moving to Toms River. Thank you Doctor for making a Doctor's visit a pleasant experience.

My husband and myself go to Dr.Guarino and he is wonderful. As a RN I have worked with Dr.Guarino for many years. He is not only knowledgeable but more important is his compassionate and caring manner. He is a pleasure to work with and to go to as a physician. He listens to staff and patients and is very respectful. No matter how much knowledge you have if you don't take the time to listen to staff and patients all that knowledge is wasted..
