CONSISTENCY !

Dr bhalla was completely dismissive of all of my concerns. I am very much up to speed on cardiac research and treatment options and have a long family history of heart issues which I am trying to avoid so I have spent half my life monitoring my condition. He cited research that was 20 years outdated, refused to listen to my concerns regarding chest pains, lab work, and testing. And to call this man a preventive cardiologist is a joke. He consistently stated there was no benefit to lowering my LDL further until after I have a heart attack. Isn’t that what preventive cardiology is? Trying to not have a heart attack. Most, if not all, of the top cardiologists in their field have adopted lower ldl recommendations for at risk patients that dr bhalla ignores completely. If you want a doctor that will be proactive about your health, prevent your next hospitalization or possible death, he is not for you. If you are happy just waiting around until your next event by all means proceed.

My mom has been seeing Dr Bhalla for over a decade. My dad too before he passed. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Bhalla is kind and attentive to mom. I am grateful that they take care of my mom. And my dad when he was here. In a way, it's like family taking care of family. Long history.

Dr Bhalla was rude and arrogant to me. On my first visit he needed to listen to my chest and went inside my blouse without my permission, i was taken back by this because i was more than capable of doing it myself. I felt as though he violated me. He feels like a general bully. Did not want to accept that the patient and Dr relationship is one where health solutions go together as a team to get best results. He insulted my intelligence as well as couldn't even say hello when i said Happy New Year. It was a bad experience for me, at first I thought he was just passionate, so i changed my approach but it didn't seem to matter.

Very knowledgeable and I was in and out within an hour. Staff was awesome!

Medical assistants are very helpful. Dr. Bhalla is efficient.

My son had a Health issue. Dr. Bhalla went above and beyond to diagnose his condition. I would definitely recommend him.

One of the rudest people I have ever met, and his staff wasn't any better.

I was scheduled for a stress test with this office. Dr. Bhalla, whom I'd never seen, was to administer the test. I was prepped and ready for the test when an old man came in the room, never looked or spoke to me, sat down and started watching a computer as the test was administered. When finished, he got up and walked out. When I refused to come back and see him for results, I told the desk attendant and her response was, "Well, that's Dr. Bhalla." I would give a 0 for recommendation.
