Iryna is Very professional efficient and very kind. Office staff is very pleasant and organized. Doctor Shalaby never rushes an appointment and very kind.

Definitely recommend this office to my friends and family, great bed manners, feel real comfortable going to Dr.Shalaby the staff is very friendly and answers all my questions. Sam was really polite and nice. Janette was great at explaining everything to me in Spanish from scheduling appointment and all through my appointment. No wait time in waiting room and was able to get in to see Dr.Shalaby a day after being referred to him.

I started working with Mohamed Shalaby, MD and can honestly say he a very excellent physician. He previously had a complete staff change & things have improved drastically. Not sure how this doctor has almost 5 stars. I have had the worst time trying to refill my prescriptions and get a call back from any of the staff. The billing department is a NIGHTMARE! Don't even bother trying to call them, the hold time is over an hour. Doctor doesn't seem to care about COVID protocol and overbooks his patients. I spent less than 5 minutes speaking to him because he was rushing through everything. Not to mention, the building is unbelievably dirty, there are even dead flies in most of the ceiling lights.

Staff is unfriendly. Doctor is rushed and has no bedside manners. Office is dirty and they do not screen for Covid properly. Will be going to a different doctor.

The office team is friendly and serve the patients quickly. The nurses and techs are friendly and efficient Dr. Shalaby has always taken all the time we have needed for concerns and questions. He is very compassionate towards his patients and very much appreciated.

Everything went smooth from appointments, to testing the follow up with Dr. Shalaby.
