Wonderful man and MD.
his office treats you like family from the front door to the checkout. Kati is the sweetest, most caring NP. He takes his time and listens. he has treated my husband and my mother. I don't dread my first colonoscopy, because I know I will be in good hands at the Madison Surgery Center.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding doctor. He recently diagnosed and successfully treated me for an autoimmune disease. He and his staff were extremely attentive, communicating with me daily during my crisis period. His nurse practitioner is amazing as well! They are kind and warm, which is so comforting during a health crisis. I have had colonoscopies in the past with Dr. Patel, which were always easy and stress less. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel. I highly recommend him!

If you have diarrhea, you would want to see DR. Rami Hawaii. I wasted 4 months with DR Patel and then I gave up and met dr Hawaii. Dr Hawaii took only two weeks to cure.

Dr. Patel is the worst doctor I have ever visited. Some details : (I) He does not listen, (I) in the very first day he will give all expensive tests even if you have very simple disease (he gave me colonoscopy, CT-scan, and other imaging even though I told him that I had loose motion because of clyndamysin), (III) he never talks to his patient over phone, he has some very nice nurses who talk to patient and ask some common questions and I don’t what they tell back to Dr. Patel. Please do some research before going to him. Waste of time, waste of energy, stress, and useless.

I have come to Dr. Patel for several years. I have had numerous colonoscopies and highly recommend him. He is very friendly and through. His nurses and staff is very nice. My last colonoscopy was very difficult because he had an emergency surgery and I had to wait several hours which lead me to have a difficult procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Patel listens without interrupting and is fully present while in the room with you, unlike many doctors who seem preoccupied, ready to run out the door to the next patient. He carefully explains things, is thorough and has even called us personally at home with results. He is cautious without being alarmist.

We waited over an 1.5 for them to call my wife back for a procedure. If you're going to run so behind, at least have vending machines for people waiting. A curtesy call that they were running behind would have been nice since we busted our butts to get their in time. They were clear that their time is important and our sweet wasn't. Will not see Dr. Patel again
