Everything was explained thoroughly and all went smoothly.

All staff listened well & we’re friendly. Dr BUTANI was kind, a good listener, asked questions, discussed options & described a procedure, toward diagnosis of a condition that has been bothering me for years. And, it was all done efficiently & with care.

Dr Butani showed he cared about by acute concerns. Although he thought they were not gastroenterology related he took the time to give advice on what to do next.

Dr. Bhutan and his staff were cordial, professional, and efficient. It was an enjoyable and comfortable experience throughout.

Dr. Butani is a great doctor. He listens and walks you through the test results with developing a good plan moving forward.

I visited Dr.Butani after reading high reviews and rating. To my disappointment, he is the only doctor I have ever met who DID NOT ask the question, "What is going on?" He kept asking questions not related my problem and and never let me explain the issue fully. His explanations was also not convincing. It was waste of time and money.

Office called me 84 mins before appt. (which I waited 6 wks for) to say he didn't want to meet b/c I had seen a dr. by now. Well, yeah - I couldn't keep food down & your office didn't really care, else you could have seen me sooner! Especially since you seem OK with abruptly canceling appt's. Then when we met, he kept interrupting me - I'd get out ~15 words & he'd interrupt me - & had the gall to next ask for information I'd been in the middle of articulating. I kept saying, "I said that earlier," & he would reply, "I didn't hear that." He also assumed my weight was from bad lifestyle choices - NOPE. I was injured in a hospital & have been bedridden for almost 4 years; I walked 3 miles every day & had a BMI of 21 before I was injured, so my weight is NOT from eating too much. Yet w/o asking about the sequelae of my injuries, he said he'd give me info on how to eat small meals instead of large ones. How about ask me how I got this way first? Made me feel I was clearly wasting his time.

My procedure was performed at Eastside Endoscopy in Issaquah, WA. I was very pleased with the staff courtesy, proficiency, and facility. Dr Raj Butani was my doctor. I researched him beforehand and felt he was well qualified, and made me feel very safe in his hands. Day of procedure, he greeted me in the prep room and fully reviewed with me, my history for prior related proceedures (done by other doctors in other states) and clearly explained what to expect on this visit/proceedure. Every person i met involved at this facility, was very kind, informed, and helped me feel safe and secure. Office Greeter, Prep Nurse, Anesthesiologist, Doctor Butani, and Discharge Attendent. Excellent experience.

I have certainly recommended Dr. Butani to a number of people. I am very grateful he is my doctor.

Dr. Butani listened to my concerns, explained things clearly and never made things feel rushed - both in the office and before/ after a procedure. I really appreciate his approachable style and would definitely recommend him to others!

Dr. Butani has been a five star physician from my perspective. He and his nursing staff have helped me tremendously, offering helpful and significant information, calling to update me on exam results, even before they are posted on their website! I appreciate their work immensely!

Had 2 office visits and waited for Dr. Butani each time for 30 mins and 45 mins respectively even when I had the first appointment of the day. Curiously, in my most recent I found Dr. Butani took an appointment before me. The staff is unhelpful in giving heads up regarding expected wait times and it seems like this is the order of general business here. Face time with Dr. Butani itself was quite short as compared to the waits. He seemed to be in hurry to complete his diagnosis

Dr. Butani took care to explain diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of my medical condition thoroughly and made sure I understood all the information he was giving me. Dr. Butani listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed and left the appointment feeling I was getting the best care possible.

I am a new patient at Dr. Butani?s office and so far my experience has been great. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and respectful of my time, during my first appointment they made sure to inform me Dr. Butani was running behind. I hate sitting at the doctors wondering what it taking so long and appreciated the heads-up. The consultation went smoothly, the doctor was very thorough explain my diagnosis and my treatment options, he also gave me plenty of materials to read regarding my health.

Dr. Butani and his nurse Karina were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my appt. Dr. Butani and His nurse Karina replied to me through the patient portal in a timely manner giving me great feedback, options, and information on my health concern. They are always willing to answer questions, and helping me develop a plan to get my health back on track.

Waited for an hour for him to show up. Recommended unnecessary procedures, (I did not have the symptoms he listed) He DID NOT enter the room in order to explain me the diagnosis after examine, how it should be treated, how serious it is etc. The nurse gave me some PRINT OUTS from wikipedia and said:just read this. Prescribed drug which after my Premera Ins cost around $500.00 (my pharmacy recommended much cheaper alternative, even Vaseline would work) DISSAPOINTED! Do not recommend!
