A gem of a doctor!
Dr. Mesrobian is a gem! One of the finest doctors I’ve ever encountered. His extensive knowledge, professionalism & bedside manner is unparalleled (we all know there are doctors out there you never want to see again in or out of the office). His staff was also helpful & welcoming. I came in nervous but he put me immediately at ease & takes his time with his patients. Underwent an endoscopy that is usually uncomfortable but he was very comforting & it went by like a breeze! He also provided sound advice for my diagnosis. Wonderful experience from beginning to end, the epitome of a doctor you can trust with your health!

Such arrogance
that a doctor should have such little respect for his patients and their time - he kept me waiting for 51 minutes but I see here it is a common practice of his, having regularly kept others waiting 90 minutes or more. That is unacceptable, I don't care how good a doctor he is or claims to be. Next!

He is one of the absolute Best ENT Doctors! I have seen him for years and am very grateful for his service and expertise. I have also referred friends and they are very satisfied! I would like to make mention here where I see a couple complaints re "time waited".WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM, look at the OBVIOUS -he is not busy because he is a bad doctor or disrespectful!!! HE IS THAT BUSY because he is THAT GOOD!!! He takes care of a large community of people that need his help! If you did not have a good experience then just don't go back, keep your complaints to yourself or work it out with his office if you want to continue seeing him. No reason to put forth negativity about An excellent doctor when he is working to help so many people. THAT is why he is busy all the time. It's obvious he is good at what he does and thats why we need to wait a little long sometimes to see him because he spends the time with YOU when YOU are in his CARE.

How is it ok to repeatedly make your patients wait for over an hour beyond their scheduled appointment time. I just don’t understand how a doctor and office can treat people like this.

We were very disappointed. Our appointment was for 4:15; the doctor did not see us until 6:00. When I told him how long we waited, there was no explanation or apology. Without looking at us, he said flippantly, "thank you for your patience". We felt that we did not matter to him or his staff.
