Dr. Tseng was kind enough to treat me after emergency dental surgery and showing an allergy to dental RX after something went wrong at the dentist. Those frequent infections were respiratory and allergy caused as details for allergy to find alternatives caused a release of PHI both forthcoming and not available but Dr. Tseng soldiered through to help me determine what medicines I can now take for the frequent infections.

Love this guy
Such an amazing, kind, knowlegable Dr. We've been seeing him for about a year now and he's already performed surgery on my 8 yr old son. Dr. Tseng always takes the time to explain everything re my son's health. He definitelty makes me feel a little more hopeful about my son's ongoing health challenges!!

Dr. Tseng is terrific! He has treated a sinus infection for me and we are discussing about next steps to alleviate this chronic condition. He is patient, knowledgeable and explains options clearly.

Very warm and professional gentleman. Dr. Tseng explained what he was doing during the exam, answered questions and provided care suggestions. He's compassionate and provided referral to another specialist. Office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. He's a specialist, so there may be a wait. Be patient, he's worth it.

I want my money back.
What a waste of $150. I called to book an appt to get my tonsil stones removed. I had an appt for 10:15 and arrived early. I waited 1 hour to see the doctor. He saw me for 5 min and told me to gargle with salt water and not eat spicy food. I told him I wanted my tonsil stones removed but he didn't do it. I requested a partial refund at the front desk but they said no. Go somewhere else. I honestly feel robbed.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Edwin Tseng for over 35 years. What a wonderful ENT Doctor. Wonderful care, kind, respectful and very knowledgeable in his field. Really cares about his patients and will see you immediately if necessary. What a professional and compassionate Doctor. Were lucky to have such a wonderful doctor in the Conejo Valley / Thousand Oaks area.
