I love Dr Bhala and her staff!

Worst doctor, went for a second opinion on August 2023 for an huge fibroid issue and paid $175, insurance said I am responsible for only 26.73. I did not get the refund till now. she insisted doing a hysteroscopy even though I had a biopsy and she want me to get that done on the 7-11 day period and said biopsy was done on 4th day so it is not done correctly. What a nonsense I am not getting checked for fertility, it is done to check for cancer and cancer does not come only on those days, that tells how the doctor knowledge is., She never gave her second opinion and also had me do hormone test, myraid test which is a genetic breast cancer test and even though there is no issue on the test she wanted to do a virtual visit.When I told the nurse Maria I don’t want to do a virtual visit and if they are doing it to get the money she said they will charge insurance but will waive my part, I had my Insurance Cigna record it. No one could reach her and I finally disputed to cc and got my money.

Terrible experience. Go anywhere else. I visited this office 3 weeks ago. While I was sitting in the chair getting my pap smear I got a call from the front desk to tell me I was out of network. Please keep in mind I made the appointment 3 weeks prior. Giving her staff more than enough time to check my coverage. I told Dr. Bhala I wanted blood work done with my well woman's exam and she agreed and told me other things she recommends me do. However, after she found out I "was out of network" her and her staff treated me so bad and did not even allow me to finish my service there. I did a lot of research before coming to this office and was almost positive I was covered but had to run so I paid my out of pocket fee and accepted the disrespect from the staff. I later went home to call my provider 3 different times and they all let me know that I am indeed covered and was wrongfully charged. Now I can not even get a call back from this office to talk about reimbursement.

Dr Bhala is very good doctor very professional , knowledgeable and patient. She call all the blood work results in timely manner. Her office staff are very friendly. I recommend her .

her care for her patients is superficial. She is an extremely money minded doctor who only cares about financial profit of her office and hospital she is associated with. I don't recommend you go to her.

What an awesome Doctor. Went to 3 doctors and she was the only one who said no surgery needed and here I am healthy and not bleeding. Don't read the bad stuff you want someone good go to her. she is busy for a reason.

I am a fairly new patient to Dr Bhala, referred by a family member. Dr. Bhala is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I never feel rushed every visit I have been to see her and she has called me very promptly regarding lab results as well.

Excellent doctor. However, she would benefit from better office organization. The window in the waiting room is very outdated. There is a sign that says, "Do not knock on window." But awkward for patient because it is very unclear if receptionist is aware that anyone is in the waiting room. For such a warm and caring physician, the environment is the opposite. Also, the waiting room is looking worn and dated and gets overcrowded.

Our twin boys were delivered by Dr. Bhala last month on c-section. We feel blessed and cannot be more satisfied! Dr. Bhala made every decision prompt and precise during the pregnancy check up and delivery. At the beginning of office visit I felt the waiting time was long sometimes. But the staff is very nice and helpful. After all nothing is more important to have a experienced and thoughtful Doctor! Very pleasant experience.

Horrible experience. Trying to mint money by having her patients do ultrasounds every month since she has the facility at her clinic.
