Doesn’t actively listen while sitting with patients. Frequently orders labs and prescriptions incorrectly or completely forgets all together. Does not examine patients. Instead, makes blind unnecessary consults which could be prevented by simple examination. Shameful that this is the quality of care available to Veterans. Shameful…

I am a senior recently moved to Medford area (2014) in need of a primary care giver. I could not be more pleased with my new patient visit with Dr. Orozco and staff. She was personable, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated her willingness to treat me as a partner in this relationship. She was supportive and accepting of my feelings and my efforts to take a part in maintaining my own health. Everyone was efficient and pleasant. It's good to have their team on my side. Thank you. SC
