Don't go there if you want respect and good care.

Dr. Nguyen is a very good doctor. I have seen him for years. Recently, I started traveling a lot with work and it was tough to follow up on blood work and appointments. Upon an emergency trip to PA, I called to explain I could not make my appointment. When I got back the following Wednesday I began calling about my insulin being very low. I left voicemails on Wed, Thur and Fri and finally got a call back on Friday. A return call for Monday did not happen until I called and they set me up with a Telemedicine appointment for Tuesday. I had previously explained that I was traveling to Colorado with work for 4 weeks and so the staff explained that the prescription for my insulin could be transferred to Colorado. Early Tuesday morning I was told I am no longer a patient for Dr. Nguyen. I was wiped from the patient portal and all without getting my prescriptions filled. How unprofessional is that? This doctor left me to fend for myself for my insulin. Only because I could not make a follow up appointment.

Staff is great. Yes, if you read reviews, Dr. Nguyen doesn’t have the great personality and seems to be somewhat robotic in his mannerism, but he’s always accurate in the diagnostic and will order tests to confirm his suspicions if necessary. I’m very pleased for several years now.

I have NEVER had the experience I have with Dr Nyugen. Worst care I have ever received. Zero empathy, zero follow up, zero compassion. Now I know why it was easy to get an appointment with your office. Office staff was very nice, that’s about all I can say. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor with good diagnostic skills. The problem that I have is his refusal to provide a telemedicine visit to discuss my lab results after I was told that masks are not required in the office. I am in that high risk category for covid and was not comfortable going in there. I had 4 abnormal lab results including a high TSH . I just feel they don't care about me. I am very disappointed .

On my very first visit to Dr. Nguyen, he answered all of my questions, and gave me advice on what to do for my continued good health. He did not rush at all, he took his time with me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent and efficient medical office. Appointment kept without delay. The doctor listens well, and is supportive. He is thorough in diagnoses and treatment. Pleasure to have him as my physician. Dennis Dorsey

Let me say first the office staff is great. Nguyen is an adequate physician. But...The doctor has an indifferent personality bordering on coldness. He is almost robotic during the visit and gives the impression he does not want to know you. He was my husband and my doctor for 2 years and after my husband died I saw him less than a month later and he offered no condolences. He also does not take any Medicare Advantage plans. I am off to another doctor and I will not miss him.

Dr Nguyen and staff are much appreciated for their success in providing efficient care. They are unparalleled in their ability to provide on time services and urgent access to care. Walk in and same day appointments always available . I have felt Dr Nguyen to be overly cautious, insisting on what I felt were unnecessary tests before prescribing medications, which is the opposite of the reviewer who felt he was quick to prescribe. It is his license on the line, and “First do no harm “ .

Staff was nice, and scheduling was not an issue. Dr. Nguyen however is probably the worst primary Doctor I have ever seen and I have lived in 3 different states. The man really doesn’t look like he enjoys his job and the good reviews here are really surprising. This doctor is quick prescribe unnecessary meds and doesn’t care to hear any of your health concerns. He seemed like he was in a hurry and bothered. I saw him 3 times and nothing changed. Go elsewhere for your primary care...

Very caring, listens to your concerns and makes suggestions for treatment. Explains in detail what your treatment plan will be. Never felt rushed. Friendly office staff.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Nguyen We have excellent insurance and have always paid bills immediately My wife arrived for an appointment to consult with him on blood work results She was informed that she had an outstanding bill for $130 which needed to be paid immediately My wife was unaware of this bill and asked to review it later to ensure it was accurate. They checked with the Dr and he told her he would not see her until she paid the bill. We will be changing physicians

Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable, a great listener and is very efficient in requesting labs and procedures that reveal important information. The Office is well planned and beautiful, also the staff is very efficient. He is above an Internist.

When you go see a doctor, explain your symptoms and his response is I don't know what to tell you.

Key today is to have a skilled doctor that also understands that not only his time is valuable. Dr. Quan is the best when it comes to this. No wait time what so ever.
