Bedside manner horrid.
Felt like being a inconvenience being in there. Went there as a referrral from my PC physician that was under my network plan. I had 3. After 9 days of jerking around getting a referral apparently they never received. ( suspect because I saw the fax from my primary office). Finally got an appointment weeks later. Went thru there 13 page questionnaire ahead of time. Talked to the receptionist explaining I need a follow up by a GI after a hospital discharge. In which I had a feeding tube installed. As soon as she was made aware of this her exact response “ we don’t mess with feeding tubes , that’s your primary doctors responsibility. “. No, Dr Prud. His responsibility is to refer me to a specialty Gastro doctor that’s treats esophagitis. Which is what I have. Just as I was discharged with obligation to see all the other specialty doctors , cardiologist , oncologist etc etc. “No we don’t touch that. I’m sorry. Would you like a colonoscopy ? “Um what !?? Felt alienated , very rude.

No bedside manner
Spent under a minute after my colonscopy to speak with me. Comes in and I was just waking up. Says good thing you came in when you did. I asked do I have cancer? She didn't answer and said she sent the tissue into pathology and I needed an interventional gastroenterologist who would call to make an appt. She left after that. Some drs need to know that they do their jobs all the time and know what they are talking about. The patient does not!

I’m so tired of healthcare professionals being devoid of empathy or real interest in helping people. I waited 2 weeks just to pay $50 for a 5 min appt that resulted in no exploration of my issues and the doctor looking at her computer for 90% of the time. Dr. Sud came in, said she’d be the one taking care of me, then sat entering my lab results for a few minutes in silence. Once complete she asked me why I was referred. I explained my symptoms, specifically the ones I’m still experiencing. She said I probably had an infection and the symptoms will resolve. I shared I was still experiencing pain & swelling in my lower abdomen when I bent over or engaged in physical activity, as well as some other issues. She said “but most of your symptoms have improved?” I said, I felt much better than 4 weeks ago but I still have issues. No further inquiry into the GI symptoms Im still experiencing or how those could be addressed. She poked at my stomach and looked back at her computer. She ordered an ultrasound for 3 months from now and some blood work which I’d already done two weeks prior. I had to correct her twice about specifics I shared because she wasn’t listening, just clicking on her computer, and at one point she had to have me re-ask my question because she wasn’t paying attention. She was completely dismissive of my remaining issues just bc most had improved. I sought help from a specialist and felt like a number, leaving without any real answers or direction of how to get them & am still struggling. If you go to this office I’d seek a different practitioner.

Dr.Sud saved my life several years ago. I was a new patient with a same day urgent visit. It was a Friday & hospital told her they were done scoping for the day.She was persistent and called the hospital director. Has me in surgery that afternoon and 5 pints of blood transfused! I’m thankful for her knowledge and pushed to get me the urgent care I needed. Dr Sud is an excellent provider/surgeon.I trust her wholeheartedly

Dr. Sud is excellent
My primary Doctor highly recommended Dr. Sud for colonscopy, so I scheduled consult with her. She was very personable, and thouroughly explained procedure ahead of time, and listened to my concerns. She put me at ease. Colonscopy was scheduled shortly thereafter. I had a completly positive experience with her and staff. They were prompt, caring, attentive and professional. The best experience I have ever had doing an unpleasant procedure. She spoke to my husband and I shortly after procedure, explained all results, gave me a printed report, and sent us on our way in just a few hours. I highly recommend her, and her staff.

Dr Sud is very knowledgeable
Dr Sud has really helped me with my ability to swallow. She diagnosed me with having a restricted esophagus, and preformed a esophageal dilation. I was able to swallow with no pain the next day. She did a great job at allowing me to get food an pills down my esophagus.

She is a very poor communicator. Did not see before or after procedure, never followed up even though colonoscopy was hampered as prep procedure (patient drinks special prep mix and water combined with liquid diet) did not work as it should have. Doctor assumed I did not follow directions correctly and told my driver this but never gave me an opportunity to address with her.

Dr. Sud is very personable. However, she did not answer some of my questions and the billing staff messed up the bill. I checked with my insurance and they verified that I had paid what I was supposed to pay. The billing manager sent it to collections anyway. When I spoke to her and asked for the specific itemized billing, she claimed that the clinic gave "everything" to the collection agency so she can't support her claim that I owed them money. Avoid this office unless you enjoy headaches.

I met Dr. Sad in 2011 after knee surgery and I developed a bowel blockage. I have been seeing gastroenterologists since 1978 and have had excellent doctors, but Dr. Sud, has truly taken excellent care of me and in staying on top of my problems with proper diagnoses. She is knowledgeable, caring and truly a wonderful physician!

I am not a patient of Dr. Sud's. I am an orthopaedic surgeon, and my sister was briefly under the care of Dr. Sud for colitis. Dr Sud is a poor physician with terrible bedside manner. She is dismissive of patients, provides little to no follow up regarding abnormal biopsies and lab results. I find her patient care and judgement to be highly suspect.

Hated visiting Dr.Sud because she wouldn't take the time to listen to my symptoms. She also filled out my medical documents incorrectly, I stated symptoms that she never listed in any of our visits. I love the staff at this office. Jo, one of the galls that works reception is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. She provided me with more useful information then Dr.Sud did. Also, I have a disability and was wanting a disability statement for my employer and she refused to provide me with one e

Not recommended. Unorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Sud decided to change her schedule a week before my appt. It took me 2 days of stalking them to reschedule. When I finally found the ONE person there that schedules appts, they offered me an appt during my work day, which I could not take time off for especially with that short of notice. The next available was then end of September. I was hospitalized for this issue and this doctor was recommended from the ER. Not a caring doctor.
