I still don't understand my condition
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found Dr. Chaukiyal to be rushed and unable to answer my questions in a way that I could understand. I tried two appointments and went into the second one with a list of questions that were what I felt, pretty basic. I'm certain she is very smart but she could not convey her knowledge to me. I will be searching for another opinion and a new doctor. My friend sees Dr. Chaukiyal and likes her very much. Different illness. I would not recommend her for my issue but I would if the issue were the one my friend has. NYOH has excellent facilities and treatment.

Dr. Chaukiyal is an intelligent & caring provider who explains things in a way I can understand and shows she was listening to me. She follows-up and immediately adjusts treatment after lab-results. I trust and respect her judgment. Highly recommend
