Failed To Test For Vertigo Like I Asked
I had been suffering from symptoms of vertigo like I have had many times and previously resolved with using the home Epley Maneuver. After four days of my attempts using the home Epley maneuver, I asked him to check while I was there for a different appointment for earwax removal. He turned me back and forth a quarter turn slowly for one turn and declared I don’t have vertigo. Maybe he didn’t check more thoroughly since my appointment was for ear wax removal and not vertigo and I suspect there were time considerations. However, now I am in Kentucky visiting family and am somewhat incapacitated and isolated without a specialist nearby and restricted from travel by potential tornados and flooding. I am extremely disappointed.

It started with Jennifer the medical assistant, she was respectful, friendly and informative. Then came in Dr. Massengill, he was amazing. I was completely comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns which in turn alleviated my stress . I did not feel rushed and felt actually cared about !! This is what I call patient complete care !!!! Desiree at the front desk was great too . What a pleasant office to be in !!!
