Terrific Doctor
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Perdue. He repaired my torn rotator cuff, once through recovery I’ve had zero pain over the last 4 years. He has helped both my husband and I with some other orthopedic issues as well. Unfortunately, I’ve had more than a couple of orthopedic injuries over the years and have seen a few orthopedists, he is by far the best. Very thorough, as well as kind and compassionate. Truly a fantastic physician!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Perdue.
Dr Perdue performed a hip replacement on my right hip. Everything went smoothly. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone at ECU health was amazing.

Dr Perdue is warm with a great bedside manner.
Dr. Perdue has a great bedside manner. He was warm and knowledgeable and informed me of what to expect for my surgery. He greeted me and my mother such friendliness that made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I have seen a couple of orthopedics, and the last roughly 8 years that gave me reasons as to why they cannot perform my surgery. I prayed for surgeon, who would understand my condition and circumstances. Today. My prayers were answered. I am very confident that Dr. Purdue will perform my surgery with expertise and knowledge in his field.

Dr. Perdue is so compassionate and listens to the patient. Dr. Perdue gives options to my orthopedic needs. If I have to wait for a year or more, I would want no other Dr. To see me or perform my knee replacement. Thank you Dr. Perdue for being a different kind of Dr.

Disappointed
Unfortunately Dr. Perdue was unable to hear what I was communicating about my shoulder and my previous treatments and outcomes. He was extremely formulatic and obstinate. Six weeks was wasted with unneeded PT which exacerbated my pain and produced no benefit. His attitude after the failed PT was akin to oh well that happens. Afterward I had zero confidence in his willingness to partner and listen to me. Two weeks later a world class and humble surgeon at Duke operated and my recovery began.
