Dr. Paulus, was very kind, and caring when I had to take my Mom for a routine appt. However, the time spend there has been between 2-3 hours. I understand there are many steps to the appointment, but my Mom is 80 yrs old. It is very draining for her. They need to schedule better. They need more chairs in testing rooms that have arms on them. With the # of Elderly they see, they need them to stabilize standing.

I suffered an eye injury and was very pleased when I got an appointment the same day. I had to wait 1 hour to be seem by the doctor, but did not mind since I got the treatment I needed. One week later my appointment time was 3:20PM. After arriving early, I was finally placed in his exam room at 4:44PM. At 4:50PM since I had not been seen yet by the doctor, I went up to the desk and told them I was leaving. The office worker said,"The doctor got caught up with something" and I'm sorry.
