unprofessional, overcrowded, and staff generally rude. An unusual practice was having my blood pressure and weight taken in an open out-cove attached to the lobby, which felt uncomfortable. A two-hour wait to schedule an appointment. The most concerning issue arose when the medical staff advocated for unnecessary tests, such as blood work and an EKG, in preparation for a mole removal surgery. Dr. Erachshaw, referred by another physician, displayed a lack of clarity regarding the procedure he couldn't locate the mole on my back which had been biopsied and insisted on looking at unrelated areas like my stomach. While I appreciate proper medical protocols, the delivery of information was lacking, he was not my pcp or my dermatologist. Overall, the experience raised questions about the professionalism and competency of the staff, creating an atmosphere in-conducive to patient well-being.
