Dr Elango is a miracle worker. She diagnosed the cause of my fainting episode very rapidly and with a simple solution. While other doctors were perplexed for a long period of time.

Her kindness, great sense of humor, knowledge & thoughtfulness. Also exceptional customer service.

Dr. Elango listens to you describe your symptoms and explains potential causes, allowing for questions which she readily answers. You know that you can call and follow up with her after leaving the office. She personally responds to your calls. Pleasure being her patient.

Can’t say enough great things about this practice.Dr Elango Is caring and always there and available. I always remember one particular incense where I had pneumonia and she actually tracked down which hospital was at and came to visit. That’s going above and beyond and something I’ll never forget.

Doctor Elango takes the time to listen to all your concerns and offers remedies for your issues. She also follows up to make sure whatever issues you had were dealt with to your satisfaction. She is friendly and professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

The doctor is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and considerate —- her staff matches the aforementioned qualities . I went to Dr. Elango initially after she accurately diagnosed & caught an illness that I simply thought was contact dermatitis ( it was shingles). I only mentioned the rash flippantly but she advocated to take a look and correctly caught my shingles ( despite that I had gone to 2 doctors prior to this visit). Since that, I only trust her to be my PCP. Dr. Elango makes medical care easy, less scary and accessible — 10 out of 10!

DISAPPOINTING. AVOID at all cost. Wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Canceled appointment an hour before I was scheduled stating, they accepted my insurance but I would also NEED TO sign up for a 1k “membership” plan. So my insurance IS ACCEPTED. However, I would still HAVE TO sign up for a membership plan? That does not make sense. Basically you want to rob your patients. Don’t you just love a doctor who wants to upsell you? It’s untrustworthy. I miss the days when doctors wanted to see patients, you know, like they were trained to do, and not only cater to a specific clientele. As someone who also works in health care, this is egregious. Membership plans are typically something offered when a patient does not have insurance. If you don’t believe me, do your research. Please go somewhere where your insurance is already accepted. What’s the point of paying for insurance and then HAVING TO also pay for a membership plan in the thousands on top of copays and medications? In 2024, after everything we have all endured as humans, it’s disappointing to see a once kindhearted doctor become greedy and fall into capitalism. Imagine wanting to visit a doctor for a check up and being told “no” because we not only want your insurance, but an extra thousand on top of that!? Wow. BE SMART AND AVOID GREEDY PROVIDERS!

Dr. Elango’s approach is wholistic. She focuses on how one feels overall, and not merely symptoms. She is thorough in her examination and follows up with you promptly about any test results.
