Called Dr Patel assistant while I was outside in car to let them know that there'is no spot available to park my car ! her assistant careless way said to me 'ya there is a road construction going on in parking lot, see you next year'!!! I Called the hospital to complain but the staff at the hospital were nice enough to schedule me for day after. And when I went for my appointment Dr Patel first walked in argued with me because I called the hospital to complain. I got more disappointed when I also figured out that my recent refill that was sent to my pharmacy from Dr Patel it was a wrong doze 175 doze instead of 150 doze ! and I reported to dr panel's assistant, again they were careless sound it's the same! as matter of fact Dr Patel called me day after to argue with me why I'm questioning her assistant of wrong doze!.

Dr Paytel is professional, caring and thorough. I never feel rushed and I feel well taken care of. Maybien, her nurse is easily accessible too!

Dr. Patel takes the time to listen and answer questions. I have been seeing here for almost 2 years and am extremely satisfied with my care. Meds are taking care of my type 2 diabetes. My A1C is holding between 6 and 6.7. No insulin. Great Doctor!!!!

Dr Patel has been my doctor for several years and she is fantastic. Compassionate and knowledgeable. She impressed me from my first visit!!! You know how we are required to submit a medical history pages long? SHE IS THE FIRST DOCTOR EVER TO TRULY REVIEW THOSE PAPERS AND BASE OUR NEW PATIENT MEETING ON MY HISTORY! I will never forgert that!

I gave this 2 stars only because I did like Dr. Patel but her office staff leaves much to be desired. We called 4 times to schedule an appointment after an ultrasound came back with thyroid nodules and my primary suggested I see an endocrinologist. The first time I was transferred to Melissa's line where I left a message leaving all pertinent information. Waited a few days and called back and left a message with the front desk, again leaving all pertinent information (It was lunchtime). After a couple days I still hadn't heard anything. I had my husband call on Tuesday and they said they would call me and schedule ASAP l. I received no call. On Wednesday my husband called again and talked to the front desk and asked to just make the appt for me. The girl then stated they were booking into late December, which I understand. I know they are a busy office. I am a patient of record there and just wish someone could have called and communicated in some way. I won't be going back.

Dr. Patel has been treating my Diabetes for about 5 years now. She is always striving to improve my health numbers (A1C, etc.). Her suggestions are always state of the art in terms of medications and insulin treatment. She is a great listener and always strives to keep you comfortable with what she is prescribing. Best in her speciality and THE BEST at Baycare.

Dr Patel has cared for me for a few years now. She is kind and caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Her office staff is efficient and helpful. I highly recommend her.
