I would recommend Dr. Paul Plattner without hesitation. He replaced both of my knees and he performed surgery on my broken leg. He is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful "bedside manner" with his patients.

I have seen Dr Plattner and/or his PA Eric for two different injuries over the last two years. The office is very busy, but have always received a honest diagnosis and caring care. This doctor will not blow smoke about the problem and send you away with pain pills as the cure. Instead he gives you your options of care for a cure and possible honest probable results. His PA Eric is the nicest guy and very caring.....I would recommend them both even though they I won't recommend Carle.

I have seen Dr. Plattner multiple times and have had the best care ever. He always talks to me as a patient and when he gives me options we discuss what each outcome would be. Being a surgeon most of them want everyone to have surgery instead of trying other things. Dr. Plattner always tries everything and making surgery the last resort. I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I would NOT take my worst enemy to this so called doctor. Went there to have my ankle looked at instead got 15 minutes about what he thought about my weight. Looked at my ankle never let me knew what was wrong with it then told me my options and what did I want done with it. His bedside manner is horrible and he doesn't care about you as a patient. Don't even ask for pain medication because he won't even consider it.
