The best pain doctor ever!
Dr. Marsiglia has stellar bed side manner and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly to his patients! He uses working models and images to clearly explain exactly what is going on and the reasons you are experiencing pain. He works with his patients to develop a plan for long term pain management and recovery. Dr. Marsiglia and his medical/office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. He never rushes his appointments, he took his time with me even when he needed to pickup his parents from the airport during the holidays! Truly a doctor who is dedicated to the care of his patients!

Arrogant! condescending! Inattentive! My wife tried to get a straight answer he paid more attention to his PA trainee than his patient. Talked to her with his back to her how rude is that? After he looked at the x-ray she asked will I need an injection, his answer "Oh you want an injection."

Doctor Paul Marsiglia is excellent he works with you to solve your pain problems and he knows what he's doing. I have received 90% pain relief and I was able to get off pain medication. He is extremely knowledgeable and saved me from a critical mistake had I gone thru with a different procedure that was originally prescribed by a different physician.

I've been a patient of Dr. Marsiglia's for years. His innovative, compassionate care makes him an outstanding doctor. I have recommended many friends / co-workers to him. I've seen other pain management docs who rush you in and out, who lack compassionate care, disregarding your pain tolerance during procedures..... When Dr. Marsiglia does a procedure on a patient he makes sure they are comfortable first before proceeding with injections that often increase pressure on a nerve however because he took his time and allows lidocaine to work the injection is over -without any or very little pain. I walk out in smiles. His friendly and proficient experience makes him priceless. His office staff are wonderful. On occasion they have had to help me with a wheel chair, had to rearrange appointments for injections and always willing to help with a smile on their face. The patient never feels as if they are bothering anyone in that office.

What can I say? He's as good as his best reviews. I had back pain--at times debilitating--for 4 months. I saw him 3 times in December and have been pain free for over 4 weeks now. He's as personable as he is thorough & knowledgeable. He doesn't just pop in for 5 minutes like some doctors & he speaks to me like I'm an intelligent human being. There's no "Me doctor, you patient" dismissive attitude.

This guy should never be recommended or seen. I am an attorney and former top investigative reporter with a lot of credibility and experience, and he is by far the worst physician I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and run fast from this guy. If you are thinking of seeing him, please don't! If you are seeing him, for the good of your health, please go elsewhere!
