I visited this provider for an annual ophthalmology visit. Because I did not remember when a laser procedure was previously performed. He then decided to stop the test not until he get the records from my previous ophthalmologists . When I went to schedule a new appointment I mentioned to the his assistance that was not happy of the doctor given me a dementia test. She then with an authorial and nasty response said you do not have to come back. She then said with the same nasty tone of voice to pay for my copayment. When I gave her my credit card she said we accept only cash. I paid the cash amount. She took the cash with out a receipt. I requested a receipt and with the same nasty attitude wrote the receipt. My complain is both by the provider giving me a dementia test and for his assistant asking me with the same nasty voice and expression on her face that if did not like the dementia test I did not have to come back.
