Outstanding !
Dr. Brady is highly recommended by the physical therapists in the area as being an excellent surgeon for shoulder issues. My reverse shoulder replacement went very smoothly and with the help of an amazing PT program I am back to normal use of my arm 6 months later.

Excellent Doctor with exceptional communication
Dr. Brady’s professionalism is excellent as well as his making medical information clear and understandable by those not trained in his field!Trust in his judgment and concern for making sure any concerns are addressed before the session is completed!Having worked in the medical field and with numerous medical Doctors, I rank him in the top 5 percent of Doctors I associated with.

The best!!!
He has a good bedside manner and that's unusual for an ortho! He's conservative in his PT instructions, which makes it less painful and less apt to tear again. I am so happy with my outcome that I recommend him to everyone and I never felt the need to return for check ups after 6 months. It's perfect and better than the other shoulder which has never been injured. His NP Josh is also great and the office staff demeanor is very good. My only issue was how hard it is to get paperwork for FMLA done thru his office staff and then get the approval to my HR for work return. There's some kind of disconnect there and I had to send my son, a lawyer, over to the office staff to get back to work approved through their weird system, which they had just switched over to. As for the doc, he's perfect, and that's the most important thing.
