Lazy Staff
He’s fine but gave me the wrong Rx. I phined & waited iver an hour for someone to pick up. The staff are nice but have to email Bibi, the on several times to get an answer. Even if you have a first sppointment, you sometimes have to wait 3 hours.

Good and Bad
Good, he attempts to be personable, is usually happy, and reviews your records before speaking to you so he is prepared for your visit. He is chronically late to the tune of 2 hours, unfortunately. Some of his jokes are insensitive. Overall, bedside manners need much work. I did not feel heard as a patient, and at times, I was dismissed in my Q&A like I did not matter.

Dr Baron treated my mother in 1992 and my sister in 2006. Today I received biopsy results and will require breast surgery. Knowing I wouldn't trust anyone else, I tracked him from the familiar Charleston, SC to New York. He is a wonderful surgeon and a fabulous person whose best asset is his HUGE heart for his patients and their needs.

Prompt, efficient, thorough, courteous, caring. Dr. Baron made what could have been a stressful experience instead positive and productive. He listened attentively and responded to my questions and concerns with clear explanations.
