I am so grateful to have Dr. Finnerty and his amazing team members on my side. Their explanations of what they were doing and why made all of the difference to me, in understanding why I needed surgery, and the meaning of each of the tests being done. I highly recommend Dr. Finnerty for thyroid biopsies and surgery. He was very knowledgeable and showed respect for patients by fully explaining results. He was very friendly as well and his office was caring and responsive.

I met with Dr. Finnerty today to have a biopsy for a 2.1 cm thyroid nodule, TRAD 4. When I tell you it hands down the easiest procedure I have ever had! Bloodwork is way more painful. I was super nervous, but his nurse was wonderful at calming my nerves and Dr. Finnerty was absolutely amazing and very gentle and quick!.They used a numbing creme only and I barely felt a teeny pinch then a little pressure and wiggle but it was completely painless. He had to go in 3 times to get an adequate sample, but honestly if he had to do more I wouldn't have blinked it was so quick and painless. Him and his nurse explained everything to me in clear detail and the next steps. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Finnerty and his team!

Dr. Finnerty and his team are great. He is a very nice physician. I have a very minor medical problem and while consulting with him and his team, I never felt rushed or was made to feel silly at any of the questions I asked. In fact, he took the time to explain everything in great detail. I appreciated this very much along with his bedside demeanor. The NPs on his team are great as well, they follow through with everything. Overall I am happy with my experience and the care.

I was referred to Dr. Finnerty for a fine needle biopsy in August 2022. He was very informative and skilled with this procedure. Results from the biopsy showed that I had to have a partial thyroidectomy. After doing my due diligence and receiving other opinions, I decided to move forward with Dr. Finnerty for my surgery (December 2022). He was extremely thorough and explained how the entire procedure would go to both my family and I. I would highly recommend him for any of your endocrinology needs. Both him and his staff are incredibly informative and helpful as well. Dr. Finnerty is a compassionate surgeon who makes you feel at ease during an arduous time.

From my 1st consultation to my surgery continuing on I have to say Dr Finnerty is one of the kind and he explain how my surgery was going to go well. He checked on me in recovery after surgery and his team checked on me the next morning following himself later in the day. He’s a superb doctor.
