Such a kind Dr, listened to all my concerns

I had to go again, to the Emergency Room for my ongoing saga of the UTI I have. I was told to return to this ER if my fever came back. It was well over what I was told, so I ended up going in and Mulherin was unfortunately the Doc on staff. After I told him why I came in, his first words to me is that a UTI is Not a reason to come into the ER. I said, that is bc you don't have a vagina. He responded with, I'm an obgyn. Who cares? That doesn't make you a woman nor a Urologist! It just means he likes to look at vaginas. He gave me a different rx that most definitely didn't work! Second visit to the ER. And this guy didn't take labs nor did he do a CT scan, which was the appropriate protocol. I am septic and have to be hospitalized for two days bc of his ignorance. Please spare yourself from someone who is barely a Doctor and doesn't care!!!!!

I was sent to Palmetto Parkridge by my GP who along with another Dr. diagnosed me with possible strangulated hernia. Even though I was in incredible pain, he ordered the necessary tests & scans before medicating me, to make sure I got the correct medications. Turned out to be kidney stones. He took the time to listen & inform me on the proper treatments instead of throwing medications at me and not get to the source of pain. He is a great Dr. would recommend him to friends and family.
