Had my first knee replacement & was quite apprehensive not knowing what to expect. Dr. Kirk & his nurse Perry were excellent at explaining everything and putting my fears at ease! I’m not sure how many questions I asked, but it was a lot, they always took the time to answer and respond to me quickly. Never did I feel as though I was an intrusion. Superior all the way around!! Second knee coming up in Sept,!! Wouldn’t consider anyone else’s doing the procedure!

Had my hip replacement at 9:30am. Surgery completed by 10:30. Walking and climbing stairs by 12:30. Checked out and heading home by 12:30. NO PAIN! My wife had her right hip done 10 years ago and her left one done 3 weeks ago. Same results NO PAIN! Dr Kirk is the best. I don’t think you could find a better Dr. I can’t forget to give credit to entire Christ Hospital team, they are all awesome.

I have highest regard for Dr Kirk. He explored every possibility of cause and cure of problem.

I had two hip replacements by Dr Kirk, both in 2018. I am beyond grateful to him for the perfect placement of the right hardware. It’s like my original hips before degen. arthritis. I can easily swing either hip over a bicycle. Incisions barely visible. First saw him 8 yrs before surgery, and saw him at 2 yr intervals. He kept saying “you’ll know when you are ready”. He was right. He wanted the best outcome for me, not just to book another surgery. I also cannot say enough about the Christ Hosp Joint & Spine building. Only orthopedic surgeries; no germs from open heart, bowel resections or other surgeries. Purpose-built state-of-the-art surgery tables to give the surgeon the best access. Good anesthesia & inpatient aftercare. I had a shoulder replacement at UC WestChester & it was the worst medical experience of my life. Great surgeon but everything else was negligent or bungled. No pain management, incompetent nursing, understaffed, unhappy employees. Never again UC

Dr Kirk replaced both my knees. The surgery went great and recovery smooth. I feel so much better completely out of pain and almost no scaring. I am so thankful for a greatly gifted surgeon that Dr Kirk is.

I had total knee replacement surgery on Jan 18, 2017. Dr Kirk did the surgery. I play competitive tennis and wanted to continue at the same level. He did a fantastic job and I am back playing better than ever since early June. I was told he was the best and found him to be the best. Thank you.

Dr. Kirk did a total left hip replacement on me. The procedure went without a flaw, recovery was as planned and I would recommend Dr. Kirk to anyone needing hip or orthopedic surgery. His skill set is excellent. r

He was in the room less then 5 minutes. his physical exam was pathetic. he barely touched me, moved my leg slightly and said i needed surgery.
