Problem MAKER
What an arrogant as$hole. Has a great rapport with th female office staff but I'm just taking up his time. I was prescribed Valium after I was up all night overdosing on Hydrocodone and unable to sleep! A perfect storm. I had a first year DENTIST that informed me that I was lucky to be alive. Look it up. Took a small, occasional, impending, possible, maybe problem and turned it into a constant, every-day, irreversible, embarrassing nightmare. Never spoke to me after. Could've solved the problem by waiting but no.... can't make a boat payment waiting. Is facetiously interested in you as long as everything is going fine. Small things are just wasting his time.

Dr. Patrick Bulinski is incompetent, arrogant and dangerous. I was referred to him for removal/biopsy of two masses, one the size of an apple, the other the size of a marble. The affected breast was also swollen, red, dimpled, blotchy, with prominent engorged veins and bleeding from the nipple. After he manually and visually examined the breast he said it was a quick easy fix and described the 15 minute procedure with local anesthetic I would have. I thought that didn't sound right and called his office later the same day. They told me if I was worried about it to bring my radiology reports to the procedure and talk to him before hand. I brought my radiology reports on the procedure day and discovered Dr. Bulinski was indeed only planning to remove/biopsy the small lump. I gave my reports to my prep nurse who disappeared with them. Two hours later the administrator of the hospital came and introduced herself to me. She said she had assembled a team of her best doctors including

Dr. Bulinski did my bilateral mastectomy. He was amazing! He has the best bed side manner. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable from my first appointment until my last post op appointment. He left me with beautiful scars, no dog ears or extra skin. Thank you Dr. Bulinski for a great experience in a scary situation!

Terrible ethics. He cares more about what kind of insurance the patient has than the patient. I do not recommend this man.

Does not care about his patients needs or concerns will make you wait for him all day and won't give you or nurses a time he'll be coming. Good surgeon but very selfish I'll never recommend anyone to Dr. Bulinski

Dr. B is a very good surgeon. His bedside manor needs work. I am very disappointed with the professional care. He lacks the ability to be understanding to the patients concerns. In my case made me feel as though my pain was all in my head, that I was just trying to get on disability, was not treated with respect, and above all did not listen to my concerns something is wrong. Even with a trainee in tow, he did not even bother to introduce me. I was nothing but a paycheck, a pain in his bottom.

Dr. Bulinski along with ER staff performed emergency Tracheotomy on my wife after her airway failed saving her life. Follow up in ICU and room was great along with his listening and answering questions. Follow up visits are scheduled and we are very pleased with him. Thank you for doing what needed to be done at a moments notice.
