Arrogant, short and entitled. I changed practices
She was short, arrogant, complained to me as a patient about “how hard she was having to work in Prescott”, how “Prescott didn’t have any worthwhile restaurants or cultural events”.Worst doctor I have ever seen. I left the practice for a different dermatologist.

Doctor Ceballos
She was quick, not friendly but she's a great doctor. She put together a plan that was working. But now, she's gone. I don't know if she quit or was fired because of bad reviews. I liked her and would love to see her again.

Uncaring and Unprofessional
I've never written a bad review on a doctor until now. I met with Dr. Ceballos for the first time today, after having seen Dr. Johnson in the same office for several years. Dr. Ceballos is very arrogant and uncaring. Other than when she introduced herself, she was extremely rude. When she spoke to me, she gave me orders, like "turn over," "lift up," "move left," etc. Restating her demands as simple requests would have changed the entire experience. She took a biopsy of some skin my upper back and didn't even tell me she was doing it or why! When I asked what was she testing it for, she gave me a one word answer "Cancer" without any further explanation. Her demeanor is one that is degrading and humiliating. I told her I had photos of when my skin showed rashes; she asked for them and then walked out of the room. Her assistant asked her to come back into the room to look at them; she looked at them and rolled her eyes, saying "those don't tell me anything" and walked out again.

Very bad experience. I saw Patricia Ceballos (employed at Schweiger) over two weeks ago (late July 2019) to have some moles removed. She never got back to me with the lab results, nor has she returned any of my calls. Her staff is not permitted to send me the report until she speaks to me, so there is no way for me to find out what the diagnosis was. I have since read other reviews on other websites and I see the same complaints from other people going back two years. Her lack of follow-up is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I've contacted my insurance company (who already paid her!) to tell them they should take back the funds. I am also calling my credit card company to cancel the copay I charged on my account.

I found Dr. Ceballos abrupt and arrogant. She exhibited no warmth or empathy, never explained my diagnosis, and maintained a look on her face during the appointment like it was simply an annoyance during her day. I was stunned at the demeaning and condescending way in which she spoke to her physician's assistant. I will not go back to her office and certainly would not recommend her to anyone.
