I absolutely love Dr. Talwar and would give him 10 stars. However, his staff is horrible. They are rude, incompetent, and worst of all, liars. I recently needed the office manager, Jay, to file something to my insurance company for a costly procedure. I had to hound her for 7 months in order to get her to submit the claim. Each time I would follow up, she would lie saying she filed the claim. In the end, she filed it too late and it was denied. So frustrating!!
