Elbow pain
I was taken promptly into the exam room. Dr Jones was very pleasant and explained clearly what she felt was causing the elbow pain. She treated my elbow and was confident that the pain would go away. Very pleased with her professionalism and actually listening to me and explaining what she felt the pain was coming from. A very good experience.

Hand Surgery
Dr. Jones and her PA, Allison, are fantastic at what they do. Dr. Jones really knows how to break down information and explain it to you in a way that's easier to understand which was extremely helpful in making my decision making before my surgery. Allison has been great on the phone and with my post-surgery questions and follow up appointments. I cannot recommend this team enough! Thank you for your excellent care!

She is awesome!! She is a great surgeon!!!!
wright questions down to ask her and Do what she says to Do and everything will work out great! Its a process and every one has to go throught it! I had my left shoulder tear done it was repaired perfectly 1 year later I got into a car accident my left shoulder went though the drivers side window everything she repaired and my left by sept tendon was torn she said I may not be able to have full motion again(and informed me I would have a scare now) after it all was repaired. I have full motion!!! & very small scare. She also did my left hand witch I really hurt when I fell and landed on my left thumb she repaired it perfectly So sometime you have to wait and do things you just don't like! believe me a really good doctor is worth everything you have to go through!!! I would highly recommend Dr Joans

DON’T RECOMMEND ! Go somewhere else.
I visited Dr. Jones in August 2021, for my Carpul tunnel syndrome that I’ve had for a long time that developed at my job. I went to her because of her ratings. Now looking back she never ever tested me for Carpul tunnel syndrome , all she did was hold my hands a way to see if their numb, which they did . Her recommendation right away was you need surgery in both your hands! Since I thought I was in good hands I didn’t object , but did notice she wanted to offer me surgery within a week! I’m like wait a minute I need time to arraign for time off at work ! Long story short I got surgery and after both surgery were done I developed trigger fingers in both hands . I went to see her and she right away wanted to give surgery ! I said no I want to get Physical therapy first ! This Doctor all she wants is to do surgery isn’t compassionate at all doesn’t care about your feelings or wants to help! She is cold all she cares about is doing surgery ! Mind you both these surgeries cost tons!!

Dr. Jones is fabulous!
Dr. Pamela Jones did my husband's shoulder replacement, and did a phenomenal job (pre-, during, and post-surgery). He could not be more pleased with the experience!

TERRIBLE. I live in NH and my husband was in a motorcycle accident. After getting a high recommendation from my husbands rehab doc, I called their office to make an appointment. I was told sine he was in an accident they needed his vehicle insurance before making the appointment. I refused, since it is against the law, and they refused to make an appointment. My lawyer called and spoke to them and got the go ahead to make the appointment. When his rehab facility called to make the appointment, they said they wouldn't take him because it was over 4 months after the accident. I had high hopes since Dr. Jones came highly recommended and was EXTREMELY disappointed in her office, staff, and lack of knowledge. Not to mention BS policy that is obviously a retaliation to the lawyer phone call

Dr. Pamela Jones is not a good doctor. When I asked her about the carpal tunnel syndrome, she refused to answer and she told me like this: HERE IS THE CHART! She did not want to take the time to explain. Very apathetic and very rude doctor. Stay away from her.

Dr. Jones replaced my thumb joint and performed carpel tunnel surgery on my right hand. After four years of suffering, I’m now totally pain free and have full use of my hand. Thank you for a job well done.

I can’t say enough good about Dr. Jones. I was having intense wrist and thumb pain for years without relief from my rheumatologist and it became clear that surgery was necessary. Dr. Jones explained my procedure and recovery to me clearly and accurately. She was so caring that I felt a true bond with her. I am well on my way to complete recovery today thanks to Dr. Jones and her amazing staff.

I fractured my wrist on a w/e. I was referred to hand surgeon in Exeter, NH She said I definitely needed surgery and risked rupturing the tendons in my wrist without it. She looked at my Xray and at my hand and arm but never touched them. I went for a second opinion with Dr. Jones, she looked at my Xrays, examined my wrist and assisted in molding the short arm cast for optimum positioning. She explained that it could be treated conservatively, gave instructions and precautions. Now I go to OT

I had to wait 1.5 hours from the time of my appointment to be seen by the doctor (and then I got 10 min with her). I will never go back and would not recommend the doctor to others because of the way this office seems to over schedule patients.

Dr Jones saw my elderly mother after a particularly bad fall and badly broken shoulder. She was recommended for the procedure, a reverse shoulder replacement, by another orthopedic surgeon in the area. Dr Jones added my mother on to her already packed OR schedule within days of first seeing her. She started the very complicated surgery in the evening and finished in the wee hours of the morning. She is kind, competant, and caring. The procedure was successful. Highly highly recommend.
