A really bad doctor
I went to this doctor after an accident from work and he ruined my life. He prescribed me medication‘s that I did not need and destabilized me. Not only does he prescribe the wrong medications He does not follow confidentiality laws and violated them with me. This doctor does not understand bloodwork or how to diagnose properly. I would not recommend anyone seeing this doctor, but if you do get ready to file a complaint against him because he will ruin your life. I wish I could go back in time to reverse the damage that he had done, but I can’t only communicate to people that this is not a good doctor as he is a really bad one

The worst doctor on the planet – Jun 06, 2024

Terrible doctor. Stay away from him.
Went for an office visit and we discussed a medication which he said he will call in. When I picked up the prescription he included another prescription that we did not speak about. I called the office to ask what the medication was for and he would not get on the phone or return my calls.

I found the doctor and his staff, Rosa to be professional and knowledgeable. I have been seeing doctors since I was 15 for migraine headaches and always felt that I was being misdiagnosed until doctor Farronay who diagnosed me almost immediately with 5th cranial trigeminal neuralgia. I did feel it was the correct diagnosis from all my symptoms. I am 71 now and know at least what it is called. I am sensitive to medicines and painfully work through the pain when it erupts but would consider surgery if I could, especially when the pain erupts and nothing seems to help. Thank you doctor Farronay for putting the name to my condition. Marlene S 5-21-21

poor office staff and office policies regarding insurance Did not get to the point of seeing the doctor. During my initial call to set up the appointment, first question was about insurance. Information was given. Day before the appointment, they call to confirm. When I made the appointment, I wrote down 4:15PM. Woman on the phone was adamant that my appointment was at 3:30. While sorting that out, she informed me that I had to pay the ENTIRE cost of the visit up front because I had not met me deductible. Sadly, I see enough doctors to know this is false. Called my provider and they stated that there is no circumstance where a doctor would or should ask for the full payment. They agree by the providers policy to collect a copay only. Deducible has nothing to do with copay. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment.

shady insurance practices – Mar 11, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Farronay?
I can't comment about the Dr as I only saw him once as I was discharged as a patient because a test I needed couldn't be done in the office and they refused the protocol the insurance company has. I've never been dealt with or spoken to as I was by his office staff, one being his Office Manager. Both were so unprofessional and just rude. I have to give a shout out for Areli, she was absolutely awesome !!!! To bad she is surrounded by co-workers like them. Doesn't matter how good the Dr. might be but to have to deal with staff like them, if I were you go some place else. Save yourself some heartache.

The front office is kind of disorganized but overall the staff like doctors and technicians are pretty good and they are very professional. Dr. Farronay listens to you, understands your concerns and wants to help you genuinely. So I believe is not fair to give 1 pt or 2pts for the Dr. If the front staff is responsable.

Most probably the Worst Neurologist Ive ever had.The Wait is forever long and only Cash when I was a Patient, later stating I owed hundreds when I kept all my Receipts as Evidence. When I was a Patient I had to sit in the same Fabric Recliner as every other Patient that he saw instead of an Exam Table,Dining Room Furniture in the waiting room and the rudest, ignorant Officer Manager ever.Dont walk,RUN!Suffer from TBI and was given such a small dose of meds it was impossible to recover at all.Money Hungry and caused my life to have a major setback, shop Neurologist as a good one is tough to find.

Waited over 1 hour in hot waiting room. Dr. was personable but exam was quick. MRI of brain scheduled. Called a couple of days later for results and told that there must not be anything wrong if I didn't receive a call from Dr. Would have been nice to receive a call anyway. So, if nothing is wrong, why go for a follow up appointment to go over results.

Scheduled an appointment TWO weeks ago, they asked for insurance information. Day before, they call to confirm and ask for same information. Day of the appointment, we get there, wait over a half an hour, then they decide to tell us they don't take our insurance?!?!?!?!? Very poor communication. The staff was NOT helpful at all. This was very poor professionalism and I would not recommend this office AT ALL. If they can't keep up with their appointments, how can the Dr. be trusted?

Dr. Farronay very quickly diagnosed me and was able to start treatment very promptly for a very rare difficult to diagnose neurological condition. His office management and staff leave something to be desired, messages go unreturned, refill requests take forever, and they seem disorganized overall. But Dr. Farronay is very through, caring, and knowledgeable.

Was kept waiting for almost 2 hours, and then summoned to exam room for an additional 1/2 hour. Dr. Farronay looked at the referring physician's paper work, and without any examination at all, said, " you have an advanced case of ************and you should be in the hospital. No examination, minimal questions, no tests, nothing!!!!!. When asked questions, no response. Unprofessional office, and uncaring, to-o-o- busy doctor. Will never return, and will inform the referring doctor of my experien
