Dr. Orestes Moldes, MD

Great doctors...but you will never get an appointment to see them. The front office is horrible at returning phone calls, and the only way I was able to make appointments was by calling a friend who works with them. There is also a long wait to be called in and I doubt I have ever been seen on time. Today, an hour after my appointment time, I was called in to be told that they do not have my lab results. I was able to access them in my records at the VA; they should have them checked before my appointment, and to be told they didn't get them was the last straw. When I told the nurse I was leaving, she just said 'okay' and did not even apologize. Go somewhere else if you don't have the time to wait in their lobby or need to be seen soon. I will not be going back ever again.

Unable to interact with him due to his office staff. The physician came highly recommended, but his staff were difficult to deal with and their computer system allows you to schedule appointments that are evidently not available, then the staff will call you and pressure you to see someone else. When you tell them about the ability to schedule online, they play dumb about how that is happening. Very weird.

Dr. Moldes has been taking care of my wife after her last gastroenterologist misdiagnosed her. He change her medications to others that really help her condition. His counseling demonstrates his knowledge. After 6 month of taking care of her, she is back to be the happy person she was.

His clinic won't see a patient that has seen another GI doctor in the last calendar year, which is such a backwards, terrible policy for people with chronic GI conditions like IBD.

Have called a total of 15 times today for an appointment to no avail. I was placed on hold and disconnected each time. Never spoke to anyone.

He takes the time to listen to your needs.

It was good. Everyone is very nice, very welcoming and caring. I love the way they all work together. They were all awesome, from the moment I entered to the discharging.

First visit with Dr. Orestes. I left feeling great about the visit. He is very kind, informative, and explained everything thoroughly. I left in better spirits than I when I went in.

Wonderful Physician, NP and staff. Very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Moldes genuinely cares for his patients and makes sure you get the best care and course of treatment.

Follows up with patients. He is courteous and knowledgeable.

My doctor for many many years. He and his staff are excellent care givers. Dr. Moldes is an excellent doctor that diagnosed my celiac disease when many doctor before his missed. My procedure was on time and painless.

I needed to wait a few month for my procedures because he has a lot of patients, but I prefer to wait and have a excellent doctor performing my studies. He is dedicated to his patients and I feel I can trust him.
